Teams look for a Salesloft alternative when the quote-only model and the breadth of the platform outgrow what an outbound team needs, or when a small team wants to see a price before talking to anyone. They move to a direct rival in the same class, or to lighter tools sold by sending volume, per seat or per LinkedIn account.
Short answer: The first three alternatives to Salesloft in our sales engagement software ranking are Outreach, Apollo.io and Klenty. Places 1 to 3 go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the established names follow from place 4 in their ranked order. Choose Outreach if you want the same enterprise scope and are leaving Salesloft over product or contract, not over price. All 13 alternatives below are ranked products from Best Sales Engagement Software in 2026, and each says where it differs from Salesloft.
Vendors can pay for visibility on this site; it never changes what we say
about a product. How that works.
Salesloft's pricing page is a Talk to sales form with no plan names or figures. That is normal for enterprise sales software, but it means a team cannot compare cost against a self-serve tool before a call, and several alternatives here publish every tier.

A platform with more modules than a sequence needs
The Salesloft menu lists Cadence, Conversation Intelligence, Deals, Inspect, Rhythm and Clari Forecast, with separate logins for Conversations, Drift and Groove. A team that only sends sequences to a purchased list is looking at a product built around a whole revenue organisation.
03
A product line that has changed hands
Salesloft now carries Clari Forecast, Drift and Groove under one login menu, after the Clari merger announced on 7 August 2025. Buyers who signed for one product should ask which of these modules their contract covers and how the packaging may change at renewal.
Business $99 monthly, or $79 on annual billing; Agency by quote

What each one does differently
1
Outreach
United States · Per-user quote across four Amplify packages; no figures shown
The nearest like-for-like rival: it also sells to whole revenue teams and describes AI agents working across prospecting, deal execution, conversation intelligence, coaching and forecasting. Pricing is quoted, so moving there changes the vendor and the contract, not the buying model or the size of the platform.
Switch from Salesloft if you want the same enterprise scope and are leaving Salesloft over product or contract, not over price.
United States · Free plan; Basic and Professional per user; Custom by request
Combines a contact database with sequencing in one account. It has a free plan and Basic and Professional tiers, but all seats on an account must share the same plan level. It is a data and outreach tool first, so deal inspection and forecasting depth are not what you are buying.
Switch from Salesloft if your reps need lead data and sequences together and want to start without a contract.
United States · Published annual tiers; 14-day trial limited to 200 emails
Closest in feel to a classic sales engagement tool but with published prices: Starter is $50 a month billed annually, with unlimited users and mailboxes, and Growth at $70 and Plus at $99 per user a month add dialer features. Call coaching and account-based selling sit on Plus.
Switch from Salesloft if you run SDR cadences with calling and want published per-user prices.
United States · Free plan; paid per-user tiers by monthly recipients; 14-day trial
Works as a sales layer around email, with sequences that mix emails, calls, tasks and LinkedIn steps. There is a free plan limited to 50 recipients a month, paid plans start at $29 per user a month billed yearly and are metered by recipients. It has no conversation analytics or forecast module.
Switch from Salesloft if your sellers live in their inbox and you want sequences and meeting links added to it.
France · Published from $55 a month on annual billing or $69 monthly; Enterprise by quote
Sold as outbound only. Email costs $55 a month on annual billing and Multichannel $87, adding LinkedIn, SMS and a call dialer, with a lead database and email finder attached. Nothing here covers deal management, coaching or revenue forecasting.
Switch from Salesloft if a smaller team wants personalised email and LinkedIn outreach with lead data in the same account.
Belgium · Starter $69 and Growth $99 per user monthly; Enterprise by quote
Belgian vendor that has joined forces with Sortlist. Starter is $69 and Growth $99 per user a month, with a monthly credit allowance per user (250 and 500) and a 7-day trial. HubSpot and Pipedrive connect from Growth, while Salesforce needs the custom Enterprise tier.
Switch from Salesloft if you use HubSpot or Pipedrive and want a published per-user price from a European vendor.
Poland · Usage-based at $7 per 100 prospects contacted on monthly billing
A Polish company (Woodpecker AI sp. z o.o., Wrocław) pricing by emails sent per month, not by seat. Team members and connected email accounts are unlimited, and a multichannel plan adds LinkedIn to the campaign. It targets outbound teams and agencies, so it has no pipeline inspection.
Switch from Salesloft if many people or mailboxes send campaigns and per-seat billing is the cost problem.
United States · Published monthly plans; outreach and lead credits billed separately
Built for high-volume cold email across many sending accounts. The Growth outreach plan is $47 a month with unlimited email accounts and warmup, 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts monthly. Lead data runs on separate credit plans, and it does not cover calling or deal tracking.
Switch from Salesloft if your outbound is mainly cold email at volume and you need many mailboxes.
Australia · Four published plans plus paid add-ons; card-free trial
Another volume-first cold email tool, with published plan tiers starting at $32 a month and add-ons for extra data and servers. It also sells SmartServices, a managed outbound service. It is infrastructure for sending, so reps get no coaching or forecasting layer.
Switch from Salesloft if you run outbound for several clients or brands and want infrastructure more than a rep workspace.
United States · Published tiers by sending address; add-ons billed separately
Plans scale by email addresses: Starter $29 a month for one address and 1,500 sends, Email Outreach $49 for two addresses and unlimited sends, Sales Engagement $99 for ten addresses plus a browser dialer. Limits on connected addresses, not seats, decide the tier.
Switch from Salesloft if you want a plain sequence tool with a phone dialer at the top plan and little else.
France · Per user monthly: Pro EUR 19, Advanced EUR 49, Business EUR 69
French tool centred on LinkedIn, priced per user at €19, €49 and €69 a month, with invitations capped per month on each tier and email joining only on Business. It has no call, meeting or forecasting features.
Switch from Salesloft if most of your prospecting happens on LinkedIn and each rep should pay a low fixed fee.
France · Per sending identity monthly: Basic EUR 60, Pro EUR 120, Ultimate EUR 180 (EUR 50 to 150 on annual billing)
French multichannel tool priced per sending identity, not per user: Basic at €60 for LinkedIn and email, Pro at €120 adding calls. Each identity is billed separately, with 14-day trials. It suits agencies running outreach for several people more than an in-house sales floor.
Switch from Salesloft if you send from several named identities and want LinkedIn, email and calls in one sequence.
Netherlands · Business $99 monthly, or $79 on annual billing; Agency by quote
Expandi runs LinkedIn automation from the cloud, giving each account a dedicated IP address tied to its country plus limit ranges for connections, messages and InMails. The Business plan costs $99 monthly, or $79 on annual billing, with a 7-day trial. Email sequencing is not its main function.
Switch from Salesloft if LinkedIn is your main channel and account safety matters more than email features.
Salesloft remains the right choice for a revenue organisation that wants cadences, conversation intelligence, deal inspection and forecasting from one vendor and is prepared to negotiate a quote. Replacing it with one tool per job, as most alternatives here require, recreates integrations and logins that Salesloft already bundles, and the small tools do not offer coaching or forecast review for sales managers.

What moving off Salesloft involves
01
Rebuilding cadences and exports
List the active cadences, steps, templates and the data they log to your CRM before cancelling. Sequence logic rarely transfers between tools, so budget time to rebuild the main cadences and to check that activity still syncs to the CRM, especially on tools that connect only on higher tiers.
02
Deciding what happens to the extra modules
If the contract covers Conversations, Drift, Groove or Clari Forecast, decide for each whether a replacement is needed. Lighter alternatives drop conversation analytics and forecasting entirely, so name an owner for those jobs before the switch, not after.

Questions about replacing Salesloft
6 answers
Does Salesloft publish its prices?
No. Its pricing page leads to a Talk to sales form and lists no plans or figures. Alternatives such as Klenty, Lemlist, Overloop, Mailshake and Waalaxy publish their tiers, which makes a side-by-side comparison possible before any call.
What is the closest alternative to Salesloft?
Outreach is the most similar in scope, since it also sells a quoted platform covering sequences, deals, conversation intelligence and forecasting. For SDR cadences without the full platform, Klenty and Mixmax cover sequences and calling at published prices.
Which Salesloft alternatives have a free plan?
Apollo.io has a free plan and Mixmax has a free plan limited to 50 recipients a month. Others on this page offer trials, for example Lemlist, La Growth Machine and Waalaxy, with trial lengths that differ from 7 to 14 days.
Which alternative suits a European team?
Woodpecker is a Polish company, Overloop is Belgian, and Lemlist, Waalaxy and La Growth Machine are French. Expandi is Dutch. Whether a vendor's data stays in the EU is a question for its privacy documentation, not its country.
What happened with Salesloft and Clari?
Salesloft and Clari announced a merger on 7 August 2025. Salesloft's site now lists Clari Forecast in its platform menu with its own login. Customers should ask which products their contract covers.
Is a cold email tool a replacement for Salesloft?
Only for the sending part. Instantly, Smartlead and Mailshake are built for outbound volume and mailbox management, while conversation analytics, deal inspection and forecasting have no equivalent in them.
