Clari Forecast (Salesloft) alternatives: 11 sales forecasting tools compared

Buyers searching for a Clari Forecast alternative are usually RevOps leads who find that clari.com now lands on Salesloft, that Clari Forecast is sold as one product inside a wider Salesloft platform, and that no price is published anywhere. They move to a forecasting tool with posted rates, to a specialist that works inside one CRM, or to another quote-based revenue platform.

Short answer: The first three alternatives to Clari Forecast (Salesloft) in our sales forecasting ranking are Weflow, Forecastio and Ebsta. Places 1 to 3 go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the established names follow from place 4 in their ranked order. Choose Weflow if you run Salesforce, want a posted per-user price and have at least ten users. All 11 alternatives below are ranked products from Best Sales Forecasting Software in 2026, and each says where it differs from Clari Forecast (Salesloft).

Vendors can pay for visibility on this site; it never changes what we say about a product. How that works.

Clari Forecast (Salesloft)

#12 of 14 in our sales forecasting ranking

  • Pricing: Quoted per organisation, annual commitment
  • Established in: United States

  • Not for: Teams under a hundred reps wanting a quick improvement

Why buyers look past Clari Forecast (Salesloft)

  1. 01

The company behind the product changed

The Clari and Salesloft merger was announced on 7 August 2025, and clari.com now redirects to salesloft.com, where Clari Forecast sits in the platform menu next to Cadence, Conversations, Drift and Groove. A forecasting-only buyer therefore signs with a vendor whose pages are mostly about sales engagement, and should ask what the roadmap for the standalone forecast looks like.

  2. 02

No price you can check before a call

The Salesloft pricing route is a Talk to Sales form with a three-step process (intro call, tailored walkthrough, follow-up) and shows no amounts. Our category data records the contract as quoted per organisation with an annual commitment. A team that wants to compare cost per forecasting seat before spending a week in demos has nothing to compare against.

  3. 03

Forecast is sold as part of a system of action

Salesloft describes Clari Forecast as connected to the seller workflow, so that risks and gaps trigger next best actions, and its forecast page names an AI Forecast Agent. That suits a company that also runs Salesloft cadences. A finance or RevOps team that only wants roll-ups, submissions and a number to defend pays for a breadth it may never switch on.

What each one does differently

Weflow

Germany · Per user per month, published; billed annually with a 10-user minimum

Deal Intelligence & Forecasting is listed at $39 per user per month on annual billing, with automated forecast roll-ups and deal-by-deal, rep-by-rep submissions. Every plan needs at least 10 users and the pricing page describes a two-way Salesforce sync, so it does not serve HubSpot teams. Weflow GmbH is a Berlin company.

Switch from Clari Forecast (Salesloft) if you run Salesforce, want a posted per-user price and have at least ten users.

Weflow, #1 of 14 in our sales forecasting ranking →

Forecastio

United States · Per month with two seats included, published; extra seats per month; billed annually; one-month pilot before paying

Built for HubSpot. The Sales forecasting plan is $249 a month billed annually with two seats, extra seats $49 a month, and a one-month free pilot before you pay. It covers weighted pipeline, time-series forecasts and submissions. The page names HubSpot only, so a Salesforce shop cannot use it.

Switch from Clari Forecast (Salesloft) if your CRM is HubSpot and you want a posted flat monthly price with a pilot.

Forecastio, #4 of 14 in our sales forecasting ranking →

Ebsta

United Kingdom · Quoted per plan; 14-day trial

Revenue intelligence sold as three plans (Conversation, Relationship and Revenue Intelligence), all on request, with a 14-day trial that needs a connected Salesforce or HubSpot account. Forecasting is one part of the Revenue plan next to pipeline and deal insights. Ebsta Ltd is registered in London and publishes no rates.

Switch from Clari Forecast (Salesloft) if you want a UK vendor that works with HubSpot as well as Salesforce and can test it for 14 days.

Ebsta, #3 of 14 in our sales forecasting ranking →

Kluster

United Kingdom · Quoted per organisation

Kluster positions itself as enterprise revenue forecasting that also covers FP&A modelling, scenario analysis, board reporting and revenue recognition. Access is by demo request and no price appears on the site. The contract is with Kluster Enterprises Limited, registered in England and Wales. It is built for finance and C-suite use, not for rep-level selling.

Switch from Clari Forecast (Salesloft) if the CFO and the board consume the forecast as much as the sales team does.

Kluster, #2 of 14 in our sales forecasting ranking →

Terret (formerly BoostUp)

United States · Quoted per organisation

BoostUp now trades as Terret (boostup.ai redirects to terret.ai). It sells Terret Forecast, Terret Nexus and Conversation Intelligence as separate products, books demos only and shows no price. The demo form asks about Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics and SAP, so CRM coverage is wider than the Salesforce-only tools here. The vendor's own site does not state a country.

Switch from Clari Forecast (Salesloft) if you want forecasting and conversation analysis from one vendor and run Dynamics or SAP.

Terret (formerly BoostUp), #5 of 14 in our sales forecasting ranking →

Backstory (formerly People.ai)

United States · Quoted; platform fee for customer-facing users plus pre-paid usage, viewers not charged

People.ai, Inc. now trades as Backstory (people.ai redirects to backstory.ai). Pricing is a platform fee for the customer-facing users whose activity feeds the system, plus pre-paid consumption, and viewers are not charged. It connects to Salesforce, Dynamics and Oracle among others. There is no per-seat price to compare, and no price is published.

Switch from Clari Forecast (Salesloft) if many managers and finance staff need to read forecasts but only some sell.

Backstory (formerly People.ai), #9 of 14 in our sales forecasting ranking →

Aviso

United States · Quoted per organisation

Aviso, Inc. sells revenue forecasting together with pipeline inspection, conversation intelligence, sales engagement and customer success modules, and runs comparison pages against Clari, Salesloft and BoostUp. Pricing is by request only. It is a platform purchase, so a team that wants only a forecast tool buys more than it needs.

Switch from Clari Forecast (Salesloft) if you want a like-for-like forecasting platform from a vendor outside Salesloft.

Aviso, #8 of 14 in our sales forecasting ranking →

Outreach

United States · Per seat plus AI-credit usage, quoted; forecasting only in the top package

Forecasting sits only in the top Amplify Pro package (AI Forecast Projection, Scenario Planner, Forecast Rollups, multi-currency, parallel forecasts), with 100,000 AI credits. The lower packages are engagement and coaching. All four packages say Request pricing. It makes sense only if you also run its sequences, since it is closer to Salesloft than to a forecast specialist.

Switch from Clari Forecast (Salesloft) if you are leaving Salesloft entirely and want engagement and forecast from one rival.

Outreach, #10 of 14 in our sales forecasting ranking →

Collective[i]

United States · C[i] for Sales per manager per month, published, billed annually; enterprise packages quoted

C[i] for Sales is listed at $750 a month per manager on annual billing, including automated daily forecasts, opportunity odds and an AI assistant, so the cost follows the number of managers, not reps. Larger organisations get enterprise packages that are quoted. A $40 monthly Intelligent WriteBack plan covers CRM data entry, not forecasting.

Switch from Clari Forecast (Salesloft) if you have few managers and many reps, and want a posted per-manager price.

Collective[i], #7 of 14 in our sales forecasting ranking →

Xactly Forecast

United States · Quoted per organisation

Forecast is one module of a sales performance management suite and folds compensation data into the forecast. The same suite sells Incent, Plan, Design and Manage. Access is by demo request with no amounts shown. It fits a company that already plans quotas and pays commissions in Xactly, and is a lot of platform for a team that only wants a forecast.

Switch from Clari Forecast (Salesloft) if commission and quota data should feed the forecast and you already plan territories there.

Xactly Forecast, #11 of 14 in our sales forecasting ranking →

Salesforce Revenue Intelligence

United States · Add-on per user per month, published, billed annually; included in some Sales Cloud editions

An add-on to Sales Cloud priced at $220 per user per month billed annually (or $250 with Tableau), and included in some Sales Cloud editions. It adds a commit calculator, what-if scenarios and revenue insights inside Salesforce. It needs a Sales Cloud edition, so it is not an option for teams on another CRM.

Switch from Clari Forecast (Salesloft) if you live in Sales Cloud and want the forecast without another vendor contract.

When Clari Forecast (Salesloft) is still the right choice

Clari Forecast is still the right choice when you already run Salesloft for cadences, conversations or Drift and want the forecast tied to what reps do next. Salesloft's pages say the forecast triggers next best actions in the seller workflow, which a standalone forecasting tool does not. It also fits a large revenue team that wants one vendor and has no need for a posted price. The risk to weigh is product roadmap after the merger, and that you will only learn the cost in a sales call.

05

What moving off Clari Forecast (Salesloft) involves

  1. 01

Export forecast history before you sign elsewhere

Pull submitted forecasts, commit and best-case snapshots and quota data from Clari Forecast first. Forecast accuracy over past quarters cannot be rebuilt in a new tool, and a new vendor starts a baseline at zero. Ask each vendor in writing which historical fields it can import, since only some of them show an import path on their sites.

  2. 02

Match the CRM before the features

Weflow and Salesforce Revenue Intelligence work inside Salesforce, Forecastio is built for HubSpot, and Ebsta says it works with both. Check which CRM your forecast categories live in before booking demos, because a tool that only connects to the other CRM is a non-starter, whatever its price.

  3. 03

Run the old and the new forecast in parallel for one quarter

Keep submitting in Clari Forecast while a second tool produces its own call from the same pipeline. A quarter side by side shows how each handles your stages and commit rules, and it exposes any difference in how close dates, rollups and manager overrides are treated before you cancel.

Questions about replacing Clari Forecast (Salesloft)

6 answers
Is Clari still a separate company?

Clari and Salesloft announced an agreement to merge on 7 August 2025, and clari.com now redirects to salesloft.com. Salesloft lists Clari Forecast in its platform menu with its own login.

The press release says the deal was expected to close in fall 2025, so we describe the product as part of Salesloft today.

What does Clari Forecast cost?

Salesloft publishes no price. The pricing route is a Talk to Sales form, and our category data records the contract as quoted per organisation with an annual commitment. Of the alternatives, Weflow, Forecastio, Collective[i] and Salesforce Revenue Intelligence show a price on their sites.

What is the cheapest alternative to Clari Forecast?

On posted prices, Weflow's forecasting product is $39 per user per month with a 10-user minimum, so at least $390 a month. Forecastio starts at $249 a month with two seats, for HubSpot only.

Quote-based vendors cannot be ranked until you have offers in writing, and Salesforce Revenue Intelligence is $220 per user per month.

Is there a Clari alternative for HubSpot?

Forecastio is built for HubSpot, and Ebsta says its Salesforce and HubSpot integrations both deliver its revenue intelligence. Terret's demo form lists HubSpot as a CRM choice. Weflow and Salesforce Revenue Intelligence are described on their sites in terms of Salesforce.

Which alternative charges by manager instead of by rep?

Collective[i] lists C[i] for Sales at $750 a month per manager, billed annually. Backstory charges a platform fee for customer-facing users plus pre-paid consumption and states that viewers cost nothing. Both models favour organisations with many reps per manager and many readers of the forecast.

Can I trial a Clari alternative before committing?

Ebsta offers a 14-day trial of its plans, Forecastio runs a one-month free pilot with payment after you confirm value, and Weflow offers a guided free pilot.

Salesloft, Kluster, Terret and Aviso lead with a demo request, so a hands-on test depends on what sales will agree to.
