Highspot by Seismic alternatives: 13 sales enablement tools compared

The typical searcher runs Highspot for content, plays and training and is now reading a vendor that calls itself Highspot by Seismic, with pricing that is only quoted after a sizing form. Some want to see which way the combined roadmap goes before renewing, others want one job (buyer-facing rooms, call analysis, field selling) at a price they can read. They move to the other enablement platforms, to a specialist for one job, or to a sales CRM with a content add-on.

Short answer: The first three alternatives to Highspot by Seismic in our sales enablement ranking are Showpad, Allego and Mindtickle. Places 1 to 3 go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the established names follow from place 4 in their ranked order. Choose Showpad if you want the same breadth of platform from a vendor that is not part of Seismic. All 13 alternatives below are ranked products from Best Sales Enablement Software in 2026, and each says where it differs from Highspot by Seismic.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this site; it never changes what we say about a product. How that works.

Highspot by Seismic

#6 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking

  • Pricing: Per seat per year, quoted; three packages; platform fee
  • Established in: United States
  • Built for: Sales organisations where reps cannot find current approved content
  • Not for: Teams with a small, well-organised content set already

Why buyers look past Highspot by Seismic

  1. 01

Highspot is now part of Seismic

Highspot's about page says Highspot is now Highspot by Seismic and that the two are one company. The same page admits that the merger raises different questions depending on where a customer is coming from. Seismic Software, Inc. gives a San Diego address in its privacy policy. A buyer mid-contract has no published statement of which product lines will converge, so the renewal date becomes the moment to price the alternatives.

  2. 02

Price arrives only through a form

The pricing page asks for go-to-market team size (six bands from 1-30 to 5001+), your goals and the tools you integrate with, then routes you to sales. Three packages (Good, Better, Best) are named but carry no price. Meeting Intelligence, Delivery Intelligence and the MCP Server sit only in the Best package, so a team that wants call analysis alongside content pays for the top of the ladder.

  3. 03

Enterprise controls are a separate layer

Multi-step approvals, customer-managed encryption keys, multi-CRM support, a Data Lake and 24/7/365 support are listed as enterprise capabilities, and partner enablement is a further extension with its own Equip and Train variants. A mid-size team that wants only governed content and rooms can find the price curve set by modules it will not open.

What each one does differently

Showpad

Belgium · Per user, quoted; three editions (Professional, Advanced, Expert)

The closest scope match: content, training, buyer rooms (Shared Spaces) and analytics, licensed per user in three editions (Professional, Advanced, Expert), all quoted. Founded in Ghent, Belgium. It is now merged with Bigtincan after both were acquired by Vector Capital, so it is a different owner, not a smaller independent.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if you want the same breadth of platform from a vendor that is not part of Seismic.

Showpad, #4 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

Allego

United States · Per user per month, billed annually, quoted; typical term three years

Bundles learning, coaching, content, conversation intelligence, digital sales rooms and video selling, priced per user per month billed annually upfront. Its pricing page states AI and support carry no extra charge, a three-year term is typical (one and two years offered), and a Buyout Program targets customers still under another vendor's contract.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if you are locked into a Highspot term and want a quoted buyout and a flat AI price.

Allego, #11 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

Mindtickle

United States · Per seat per year, quoted

Starts from sales training and readiness (AI Role Play, a Readiness Index, coaching) and adds content, digital sales rooms and conversation intelligence on top. The site has no pricing page we could load, so cost is a demo conversation. It is the stronger fit when ramping reps matters more than content governance.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if rep ramp and practice are the main job and content is secondary.

Mindtickle, #10 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

Seismic

United States · Quoted per organisation, annual subscription

The same company as Highspot after the combination, with its own Seismic Enablement Cloud and Aura AI, and a stated base of approximately 2,000 organisations. We found no public pricing page, only demo requests. Choosing it is a consolidation inside one vendor, not an exit from it.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if you want to stay with the combined vendor but on the Seismic product line.

Seismic, #13 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

Bigtincan

Australia · Per seat per year, quoted; Essential and Elite editions

Two quoted editions, Essential and Elite, plus the option to begin with one area (readiness, content or engagement) and add the rest later. Launched in Sydney in 2011 and now merged with Showpad under common ownership, so its roadmap is tied to that combination. AI features come under the GenieAI name.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if you prefer to start with one module and widen later.

Bigtincan, #14 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

Showell

Finland · Per workspace per month, published: from 700 euros for 10 to 200 users; enterprise quoted; twelve-month term; setup fee

Publishes a price: from EUR 700 a month per workspace for 10 to 200 users, users included, with unlimited storage, digital sales rooms and Showell AI. Above 200 users it is a quote. Built around field sellers and dealers with offline presenting. Advanced app branding is an add-on, and it does not sell conversation intelligence.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if you sell in the field or through dealers and want a price you can read.

Showell, #2 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

trumpet

United Kingdom · Free plan (10 Pods, unlimited users); paid per user per month, published: Pro $45, Scale $100, Elite $160; annual billing cheaper

A buyer-facing room product (Pods) rather than a training and coaching suite. A free-forever plan covers 10 Pods with unlimited users, then Pro, Scale and Elite are listed at $45, $100 and $160 per user per month. SSO and SCIM sit only in Elite. It does not replace Highspot's learning side.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if mutual action plans and shared rooms are what you actually use Highspot for.

trumpet, #1 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

Spekit

United States · Quoted per organisation

Delivers guidance inside the tools reps already use through a Chrome extension, with Content Hub, Learning Paths, knowledge checks, an AI Sidekick and deal rooms. The site shows no prices, only demo booking. Built around just-in-time knowledge, so it is lighter on formal content governance workflows.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if reps ignore a separate enablement portal and need help inside the CRM and browser.

Spekit, #9 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

Pitcher

Switzerland · Quoted per organisation, per seat

Targets field execution in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, MedTech, financial services, manufacturing) with offline use, CRM write-back and AI Roleplay. Lists SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. Offices include Zürich and Denver. We found no pricing page, so quotes come through a demo request.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if your reps present offline to regulated customers and compliance review decides.

Pitcher, #8 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

Gong

United States · Per user, quoted; platform fee on top

Starts from recorded customer conversations, not from content. Licences are priced per user with a platform fee based on the number of users, and a proposal comes through a form. Gong Enable adds enablement. A content library with approvals is not where it began, so it complements Highspot more often than replaces it.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if call evidence should decide what reps are trained on and the content library is secondary.

Gong, #12 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

Jiminny

United Kingdom · Per seat per month, published; Recording seat from $83; 12-month minimum and one-time setup fee

Conversation intelligence only: call recording, transcription, coaching, CRM logging and call libraries. Seat types are Recording, Insights and Listener, with a 12-month minimum, a one-time setup fee and no platform fee, plus a 14-day trial with no credit card. No content management or sales plays.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if you only use Highspot's meeting and coaching layer and want call analysis alone.

Jiminny, #3 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

Modjo

France · Quoted; no prices shown on the website

French conversation intelligence with AI CRM filling, call scoring, a Deals view and an MCP connector. Plans are quoted, and the pricing form says it is optimal from 3 sales reps. Data is hosted in France on AWS Paris servers. SOC 2 Type II and GDPR are stated. It holds no sales content library.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if you need call analysis with data held in the EU and no content library.

Modjo, #5 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

Membrain

Sweden · Per user per month, published: Prospecting $49, Active Pipeline $69, Account Growth $89; Elevate coaching $89 per coach

A sales CRM that sells process, coaching and a Content Hub extension rather than a content platform. Published prices run $49, $69 and $89 per user a month for three tiers, Elevate coaching is $89 per coach, and Content Hub is a $12 per user extension. No digital sales rooms appear on its pricing page.

Switch from Highspot by Seismic if you want sales process and coaching in a CRM and only need a small content shelf.

Membrain, #7 of 14 in our sales enablement ranking →

When Highspot by Seismic is still the right choice

Highspot is still the right choice when your team uses most of what the three packages stack up (governed content, plays, training, coaching and meeting intelligence), when you rely on its CRM and Microsoft Copilot or Slack connectors, and when you are large enough to need the enterprise layer (customer-managed keys, multi-CRM, 24/7 support). It also makes sense to stay through a renewal if the integration of the two product lines has not yet changed anything you depend on. The cost is a quote you cannot read in advance and a vendor that is itself still combining.

05

What moving off Highspot by Seismic involves

  1. 01

Inventory before you ask for quotes

List which of Highspot's capabilities are actually used: content, plays, digital sales rooms, training, role play, meeting intelligence or analytics. The Best package bundles meeting intelligence and the MCP Server, so a team that only used content and rooms can compare a narrower product. Allego states a typical three-year term, Jiminny a 12-month minimum, and Showell a published monthly price, so contract length differs as much as price.

  2. 02

Time the move to the contract end

Ask Highspot in writing what happens to your plan under the Seismic combination, and ask each candidate whether it offers help with buying out a running contract. Allego describes such a programme on its pricing page. Plan migration of content, plays and analytics history as a separate task, since we could not confirm an export format on Highspot's public pages.

Questions about replacing Highspot by Seismic

6 answers
Who owns Highspot now?

Highspot's own site calls the product Highspot by Seismic and says Highspot is part of Seismic. Seismic's privacy policy names Seismic Software, Inc. with a San Diego, California address. The Highspot footer reads 2026 Seismic Software, Inc.

How much does Highspot cost?

The pricing page shows no amounts. It asks for team size, goals and integrations and then routes to sales. It names three packages, Good (Equip and engage), Better (Train and practice) and Best (Coach and reinforce), so the real price is a quote.

Which alternatives publish a price?

Showell publishes EUR 700 a month per workspace for 10 to 200 users. Trumpet lists Pro, Scale and Elite at $45, $100 and $160 per user per month and has a free-forever plan limited to 10 Pods.

Membrain lists $49, $69 and $89 per user per month for three tiers. The rest quote.

Is Seismic an alternative to Highspot?

Only in the sense of a different product line. Both now sit in one company, so choosing Seismic does not remove the dependency on that vendor. It matters if the combination changes what is supported.

Which alternatives are not independent of each other?

Showpad and Bigtincan state that both were acquired by Vector Capital and merged. Treat them as related options rather than two separate bets when you spread risk.

Can I replace only the call analysis part?

Yes. Jiminny and Modjo are conversation intelligence products, and Gong starts from recorded conversations. Highspot lists Meeting Intelligence in its Best package, so a team that moves to one of them can drop to a lower Highspot package or leave it entirely.
