People who look beyond AccuRanker usually meet the same two things: the entry price of EUR 229 a month for 2,000 keywords, and a pricing page that offers a demo but no trial. The tools below range from small Danish and Nordic trackers to large-list platforms and per-bot checkers.
Short answer: Smaller vendors fill the top three places where the category offers them, and the household names start at place 4. For AccuRanker users, the top three picks from our rank tracking software ranking are Morningscore, Ranktracker and Advanced Web Ranking. Pick Morningscore if your list is a few hundred keywords across several client sites and you want to stay with a Danish vendor. The 11 entries that follow are all ranked in Best Rank Tracking Software in 2026; each one explains what sets it apart from AccuRanker.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
Pricing: Published monthly tiers by keyword count; annual discount
Established in: Denmark
Built for: Agencies tracking thousands of keywords daily and reporting through the API
Not for: Sites needing a crawler or link index from the same vendor
01
Why buyers look past AccuRanker
01
The first step is 2,000 keywords at EUR 229
AccuRanker's pricing page starts with Professional at €229 a month for 2,000, 3,000 or 5,000 keywords, and Expert at €809 for 10,000 to 20,000. A site with a few hundred terms pays for headroom it does not use, and the jump to Expert is a large one for a list of 6,000.
02
Evaluation runs through a demo
The pricing page shows Request a demo and Buy now, and no free trial is mentioned on it or on the home page. Teams that want to run their own keywords for a fortnight before paying will find several rivals with trials of 7 to 14 days.
03
Reporting links depend on the plan
Google Data Studio, dynamic CTR and the read API arrive with Expert, and BigQuery and the write API only with Enterprise above 20,000 keywords. Someone who needs BigQuery on a mid-sized list has to ask sales for a quote.
the 2,000-keyword entry size still fits you and you want local tracking inside a wider SEO platform

Morningscore
Denmark · Published
Morningscore ApS lists an Odense address, which keeps a Danish buyer in Denmark after leaving Aarhus. Four published tiers run from 100 keywords on three websites to 5,000 on 100 sites. Rank Tracker updates daily, shows AI Overviews brand visibility per keyword and compares competitors. A 14-day trial needs no card, though the 100-keyword entry tier sits far below AccuRanker's 2,000.
Switch from AccuRanker if your list is a few hundred keywords across several client sites and you want to stay with a Danish vendor.
Ranktracker, a UK company, publishes four monthly tiers from 500 to 5,000 keywords and gives unlimited users and projects on every one. Daily updates cover desktop and mobile, and Google Snack Pack positions are tracked for local clients. The trial lasts 7 days and annual billing takes 20% off. Formal integrations are not listed on the homepage we read, so check exports before committing.
Switch from AccuRanker if you track up to 5,000 keywords, serve local businesses and need every colleague to log in without seat charges.
Advanced Web Ranking starts higher than most rivals, with four plans from 7,000 to 50,000 keywords and unlimited users on each. Checks run daily, weekly or on demand, and engines beyond Google include YouTube, Amazon, Baidu and Naver. CTR and SERP feature analysis sit alongside Looker Studio, Analytics, Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools links. Currency, owner and trial length did not appear on the page.
Switch from AccuRanker if you run very large keyword lists, track engines other than Google or want checks only when you ask for them.
Wincher International AB gives a Stockholm address and arranges three plans by audience, the first from 500 keywords on up to 10 websites and the top one with unlimited websites, an API and white-label reports. It refreshes positions on demand and imports ranking history from earlier providers, which matters when years of AccuRanker data would otherwise be left behind. Prices were not shown in the page text we read.
Switch from AccuRanker if you want to carry your historic positions across and prefer a Swedish company with an on-demand refresh.
ProRankTracker counts terms instead of keywords: a keyword, engine, location and device combination is one term, and an AI prompt counts as two. Agency tiers cover 3,000 to 20,000 terms with a custom tier beyond. It records top-100 Google positions, the Local 3-Pack and AI Overviews, offers an API, and a 7-day trial of 100 daily terms is reviewed by hand.
Switch from AccuRanker if you need exactly priced multi-location, multi-device tracking and an API, and are happy to count terms.
Nightwatch plans start at 500 keywords on 5 websites and reach 7,500 keywords on 100, with a custom tier from 20,000. Daily tracking works at city level in Google, Bing, YouTube, DuckDuckGo and Yahoo, and every plan carries an AI prompt allowance. The 14-day trial requires no card. The footer names no owner or address, and only a SOC2 claim speaks to governance.
Switch from AccuRanker if several engines at city level matter more to you than a named vendor address, and you want to test without a card.
SERPRobot sells bots, each covering 75 keyword updates per 24 hours, so a small list costs a small amount and the bill rises in short steps. Checks run on demand or on schedule across Google, Bing, Yahoo, YouTube and Google My Business, with alerts and reports. A 14-day trial needs no payment. Address and owner are not stated, and Data Studio is the one listed integration.
Switch from AccuRanker if your list is far below AccuRanker's 2,000 and you would like to pay per bot rather than per tier.
Positionly lists five plans from 100 keywords on 10 websites up to 12,000 keywords on 500. Its Intelligent Events feature flags shifts in rankings, keywords and traffic, and an Application Marketplace links third-party apps. A 14-day trial starts without a card, and a free starter plan is linked from the site although its limits are not given. Country and owner are unstated.
Switch from AccuRanker if you want alerts when something moves and a low entry price, with room to grow to 12,000 keywords.
SERPWatcher belongs to the Mangools suite, so a keyword tool and other SEO utilities come with the login. Pages mention Search Console import, over 65,000 city-level locations, white-label reports and a Looker Studio connector. Updates are weekly, with daily ones reserved for the Agency plan. A 48-hour full refund applies, but the pricing text we captured showed neither plans nor limits.
Switch from AccuRanker if weekly positions are enough for most sites and you would use the other Mangools tools too.
Serpstat measures rank tracking in position checks, from 10,000 on Individual to 500,000 on Agency, with more user seats as the plan rises. Desktop and mobile are tracked in 230 Google-supported countries, competitors can be followed, and projects from other services are migrated free of charge. The 7-day trial asks for card verification and renews automatically.
Switch from AccuRanker if you want the vendor to move your projects over and are comfortable budgeting in checks instead of keywords.
SE Ranking lists Core and Growth plans, from 2,000 daily keywords on 10 projects to 5,000 on 30, plus a custom Enterprise tier. Rank Tracker, Local Rank Tracker and SERP Tracker are separate listed tools. Agency Pack, API and AI visibility are priced add-ons, so the final figure exceeds the base price. A 14-day trial needs no card, and the footer names SER Acquisition Inc. without an address.
Switch from AccuRanker if the 2,000-keyword entry size still fits you and you want local tracking inside a wider SEO platform.
Morningscore: Morningscore ApS lists an Odense address, tracks daily with AI Overviews visibility per keyword and offers a 14-day trial without a card.
02
You track tens of thousands of keywords or engines beyond Google
Advanced Web Ranking: Plans run from 7,000 to 50,000 keywords with unlimited users, and engines include YouTube, Amazon, Baidu and Naver.
03
You are leaving years of ranking history behind
Wincher: Wincher says it imports ranking history from previous providers and refreshes positions on demand; plan prices were not in the page text we read.
04
You report on many locations and devices and want an API
ProRankTracker: Billing is per term (keyword, engine, location, device), agency tiers run from 3,000 to 20,000 terms, and an API is offered.
05
You want to test several engines at city level first
Nightwatch: The 14-day trial needs no card, and daily tracking covers Google, Bing, YouTube, DuckDuckGo and Yahoo at city level.
04
When AccuRanker is still the right choice
AccuRanker is still a sound choice when you track thousands of keywords and want daily positions with unlimited users, domains and API calls, which its home page states. Its integrations page lists Search Console, Analytics, Google Sheets, Databox, Swydo and a CSV importer, and the company has a visible address in Aarhus and has traded since 2013. If a big list and reporting links already run through it, the saving elsewhere has to be large to justify rebuilding.
05
What moving off AccuRanker involves
01
Export keywords and history first
AccuRanker's CSV importer also exports data, so pull keyword lists with positions before cancelling. Ask the new vendor whether it imports history, as Wincher says it does, and Serpstat says it migrates projects.
02
Map the reporting links
List which of Search Console, Analytics, Google Sheets, Databox or Swydo feed your reports today. Check each against the new tool's integrations, because several alternatives name only Looker Studio or Data Studio.
03
Run both trackers for a month
Keep AccuRanker running while the new tool collects positions for the same keywords. Compare rankings and location settings, then cancel the old plan once the numbers agree.

Questions about replacing AccuRanker

What is the best alternative to AccuRanker?
Morningscore ranks first in our list. It is a Danish vendor with an Odense address, daily tracking, AI Overviews visibility and a 14-day trial without a card, and its tiers go up to 5,000 keywords.
Ranktracker and Advanced Web Ranking follow for larger or multi-user needs.
Which AccuRanker alternative has a free trial?
Morningscore, Nightwatch, SERPRobot, Positionly and SE Ranking list 14 days, Ranktracker and ProRankTracker 7. AccuRanker's pricing page mentions a demo only. Wincher and Advanced Web Ranking offer trials without stating a length.
Is there a cheaper rank tracker than AccuRanker for a small list?
SERPRobot charges per bot of 75 keyword updates per day, and Morningscore starts at 100 keywords on three websites. Both sit below the 2,000 keywords that AccuRanker's €229 tier begins at. Check the current price on each page.
Which tool handles very large keyword lists?
Advanced Web Ranking publishes plans from 7,000 up to 50,000 keywords with unlimited users, and ProRankTracker's agency tiers reach 20,000 terms. AccuRanker's own Expert tier covers 10,000 to 20,000 keywords.
Do these tools track AI Overviews?
Morningscore shows AI Overviews brand visibility per keyword, ProRankTracker tracks AI Overviews, and Nightwatch includes an AI prompt allowance on each plan. AccuRanker markets AccuLLM for ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews and AI Mode.
Can I bring my ranking history along?
Wincher says it imports ranking history from previous providers, and Serpstat migrates projects from other services at no cost. For the rest, export your data from AccuRanker as CSV and ask the vendor how it can be loaded.
