Buyers who look for a Proposify alternative usually run into the per-seat price, the platform fee on the top tier, or the separate charges for template design and onboarding. Some want a lighter tool for a few proposals a month, others want a quote engine or a CRM that holds the proposal. They move to a web-page proposal builder, a low-cost sender, a quoting tool or a suite with quoting inside.
Short answer: The first three alternatives to Proposify in our proposal & quote management ranking are Qwilr, Better Proposals and Nusii. Places 1 to 3 go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the established names follow from place 4 in their ranked order. Choose Qwilr if you want web-page proposals with quote blocks and payments and can commit to seat minimums. All 11 alternatives below are ranked products from Best Proposal & Quote Management Software in 2026, and each says where it differs from Proposify.

Why buyers look past Proposify
01
The entry price and the top tier are far apart
Proposify's pricing page lists Build at $49 per user per month, or $39 on annual billing ($468 per user per year), with Grow at $780 per user per year. Scale is a $12,800 yearly platform fee that includes 10 users, then $780 for each extra user. A team of three pays per seat, while a team that needs SSO or custom reporting jumps to the platform fee.
02
Design and onboarding are sold on top
A custom template design is listed at $1,500 on Build, and the Launch Kit (onboarding, custom template design and 30 days of priority support) is $2,000 on Grow. A buyer who budgets only for seats should add that one-off figure to the first year, because the page does not include it in the subscription.
03
Approvals, API and integrations sit on higher tiers
User roles, approval workflows, custom fields and API access start at Grow, while the Salesforce managed package and SSO are add-ons on Scale. Cancelling is possible at any point in the billing cycle, but the pricing page states that no refunds are given once a payment has been processed.

What each one does differently

Qwilr
Australia · From $35/user/month (annual), published tiers
Builds proposals as interactive web pages, not documents, with a 'Start free trial' on the Starter tier at $35 per user per month on annual billing. Growth needs 5 users and Scale 10 users, both on annual billing only. Document automation through the API is metered per document after the included allowance.
Switch from Proposify if you want web-page proposals with quote blocks and payments and can commit to seat minimums.
United Kingdom · From $13/user/month (annual), published tiers
A London-based company (Advantix Technologies Limited) with a 14-day trial that needs no card. Starter is $13 per user per month on annual billing but allows one seat and 10 sends a month. Premium allows 50 sends, and approvals and simultaneous editing only arrive at Enterprise.
Switch from Proposify if you send few proposals and want the lowest published per-user price.
Priced by plan, not mainly by seat: Freelancer is $29 a month for 1 user and 5 active proposals, Agency is $49 for 3 users and 20 active proposals. The 14-day trial asks for a card. Nusii says it is self-funded and run from Madrid. Payments and custom domain are not on Freelancer.
Switch from Proposify if you are a solo consultant or small agency who wants a flat monthly price.
From a Dutch company (Dvotion B.V., Breda) that stores accounts on servers in Amsterdam. Standard is one user, Premium is sold in groups of five users and adds custom domain, API and automations. The 14-day trial needs no card and stops automatically. Prices shown exclude 21% VAT.
Switch from Proposify if you want EU-hosted proposal software with a trial that ends by itself.
United States · From $25/user/month, published; Enterprise quoted
Positioned as a digital sales room with e-signature at the core. eSign is $25 per user per month, Professional is $49 per user with a 5-user minimum, and CPQ plus SSO are Enterprise only. The company is GetAccept Inc. in San Francisco, with a Swedish subsidiary for contracts billed in European currencies.
Switch from Proposify if you need a buyer-facing deal room and signature workflow more than a proposal editor.
United States · From $50/month per concurrent user ($45.83 billed annually), published tiers
A quoting tool for product-based sales, not a proposal designer. It charges per concurrent user ($50 a month Essential, $78 Balanced, $102 Pinnacle) with unlimited named users, and e-signature and online payment collection start on Balanced. It is run by Aspire Technologies, Inc. of Orlando, Florida.
Switch from Proposify if your proposals are mostly itemised product quotes with bundles, margins and distributor data.
France · From €29/user/month ex VAT (annual, 12-month commitment), published tiers
A French CRM and invoicing suite (Sellsy SAS, La Rochelle) that has joined the TeamSystem group. Its pricing page lists Standard at 49 euro ex tax per user per month on annual payment with a 12-month commitment. Quotes, e-signature credits (50 a year on Standard) and invoicing share one customer file.
Switch from Proposify if you want quoting, CRM and invoicing in one French system rather than a standalone proposal tool.
Netherlands · €136/month base licence plus €24.50/user/month, published tiers
A Dutch professional-services system (Simplicate Software B.V., part of the Blinqx group) covering CRM, sales, projects, hours and invoicing. Organize costs 26 euro per user a month plus a base licence of 142 euro. It has a quote editor but is an operating system for a firm, with onboarding packages sold separately.
Switch from Proposify if you run a consultancy or agency and want proposals, projects, hours and invoices in one place.
Netherlands · Quoted on request across all four tiers
A content platform for interactive documents (Spark, Team and Enterprise tiers), with proposals as one of several content types beside reports and microsites. All tiers are quoted on request. It lists an office in Amsterdam first and bundles AI credits, brand kits and reviewers into each tier.
Switch from Proposify if proposals are one of many branded documents a marketing or content team publishes.
Norway · Quoted on request; enterprise demo required
Aimed at large bids and tenders: XaitPorter handles co-authoring of long documents, XaitCPQ handles complex quotes, XaitProposal builds proposals from a questionnaire. Its site offers a custom demo, not a self-serve price. The contact page lists a Stavanger, Norway address.
Switch from Proposify if you write long tender responses with many contributors and need co-authoring.
We could not read Loopio's own pricing or product pages, because its site answers automated requests with a bot check. The category listing treats it as a quoted-price product, which we have not confirmed. Check scope and cost on Loopio's site before you plan a move around it.
Switch from Proposify if your Loopio demo shows it covers the response work you do, which we could not verify.
Proposify remains a sensible choice for a sales team that wants a drag-and-drop editor, a product catalog, a content library and document-level analytics, including time spent in each section, in one product. Build includes unlimited documents and signatures, a 14-day trial with no card, and an MCP server for Claude. It is a Canadian company (Proposify Inc., Nova Scotia), SOC 2 Type 2 certified by its own account. If you already use its Salesforce package and approval workflows, replacing them costs real rework.

What moving off Proposify involves
01
Export your document data and rebuild templates
The Scale tier lists a full exportable CSV of document data. Templates do not travel as designed layouts, so plan to rebuild your main proposals in the new editor. Budget time for the content library, because reusable sections have to be recreated one by one.
02
Time the cancellation against the billing cycle
Proposify says you keep access until the end of the current subscription period and that it does not refund payments once processed. On annual or quarterly billing, move to the new tool in the last weeks of the term and run both for a few real deals.
03
Expect different send and seat rules
Replacements count usage differently: Better Proposals caps monthly sends per plan, Nusii caps active proposals, Qwilr sets seat minimums on higher tiers and QuoteWerks charges per concurrent user. Count your monthly proposals and users first, then compare on the same basis.

Questions about replacing Proposify
6 answers
What is the cheapest alternative to Proposify?
On published prices, Better Proposals Starter is $13 per user per month on annual billing and Nusii Freelancer is $29 a month. Both limit volume (10 sends a month, 5 active proposals), so compare the limits before comparing the price.
Is there a European alternative to Proposify?
Yes. Offorte (Breda, Netherlands), Simplicate (Netherlands), Sellsy (La Rochelle, France), Nusii (Madrid, Spain), Foleon (Amsterdam office) and Xait (Stavanger, Norway) are the European options. Proposify itself is a Canadian company registered in Nova Scotia.
Which alternative is closest to Proposify?
Qwilr and Better Proposals both sell proposal creation with tracking, signatures and payments. Qwilr outputs web pages and Better Proposals is document-style. Both also publish an MCP or AI-assistant integration, as Proposify does on Build.
Which alternatives work for quotes with many products?
QuoteWerks is built for product quotes and charges per concurrent user. GetAccept adds CPQ on Enterprise, and Xait sells XaitCPQ for complex quotes. Sellsy and Simplicate keep a product catalogue inside a CRM or services suite.
Do any of them publish no price at all?
Foleon quotes every tier on request and Xait invites you to book a custom demo. Loopio's price could not be read for this page. The others publish prices on their own pages.
Can I try an alternative before paying?
Offorte, Better Proposals, Nusii and Simplicate each state a 14-day trial, and Qwilr and GetAccept offer a free trial button. Nusii asks for a card up front, while Offorte and Better Proposals state that no card is needed.
