Pricing software covers two jobs: tracking competitor prices for web shops, and managing list prices, deals and rebates for B2B sellers.
This guide ranks twelve products on first-ninety-day effort, the real invoice once modules are added, how data leaves, and whether you can buy and run it without a partner.
Vendors can pay for visibility on this page. It never changes what an entry
says about a product, including the criticism, and we earn nothing when you click through to a
vendor. How that works.
In short
What pricing software does
Pricing software tracks competitor prices or manages list prices, discounts and quotes, and in some products changes prices automatically by rules, so sellers set prices from data.
In this order: setup effort, what it really costs, how your data comes back out, whether
you can leave, and who each pricing tool is built for. One rule sits on top of those tests:
Places 1 to 3 go to challengers, vendors outside the best-known brands in a category, wherever the category has them; the established names follow from place 4 in their ranked order. Why those five, and why there is no
score out of ten, is on the how we work page.
B2B sellers with regional and segment-specific price lists and customer agreements
Small web shops needing competitor price feeds or a simple repricer
Country is where the vendor is headquartered or contracts from, which is a
different question from where your data is hosted. Where the two tell different stories, the
entry says so.
Competitor price tracker sold in three published monthly tiers
Ranked #1 of 12 in Best Pricing Software in 2026.
Published pricingMiddle East
Prisync describes itself as based in an Istanbul office on its about page and sells three plan models: URL based, channel based and a hybrid. In the URL model the entry plan covers 100 products with unlimited competitors and three price updates a day.
Channel based plans cost more per tier and add extra sales channels at a monthly fee each. Exit is simple, since billing is monthly with no contract, though reports are Excel exports.
What stands out
Price tracking
Published tiers
Dynamic pricing engine
Where it costs you
The dynamic pricing engine, marketplace tracking and variant tracking only arrive from the Premium tier, so the cheapest plan is monitoring only.
API access is charged 20 percent on top of the monthly fee, and competitor matching is an ordered service.
Right for
Small web shops wanting tracked competitor prices on a known monthly bill
Wrong for
Retailers with catalogues above 5,000 products or needing contract support
Turkey14-day trial; monthly plans by product count, prices published
Price monitoring with tiers, add-on modules and a matching service
Ranked #2 of 12 in Best Pricing Software in 2026.

The company named in the terms is WEBCentric d.o.o., with offices at Sazonova street in Belgrade. The price plan page separates tiers from modules: the tier sets competitor limits, report counts and support, while repricing, screenshot capture for MAP evidence, Automatch product matching and user management are bought separately.
A matching service and site crawling are listed as services. The weak point is predictability, because modules and Premium are not priced on the page.
What stands out
Price monitoring
MAP monitoring
Repricing module
Where it costs you
Repricing is a separately priced module, so a buyer who wants automated price changes pays on top of the tier.
The pricing page text shows no amounts, and Premium is priced on request, so budgeting needs a quote.
Right for
Online retailers and brands that need MAP monitoring and want to add repricing later
Wrong for
Teams needing a fixed price list before any sales talk

Dutch AI pricing platform with a published entry price for SMB shops

Omnia Retail gives Amsterdam as its address and a German office in Darmstadt. The pricing page states unlimited EANs and flexible scheduling of competitor data collection, calculations and exports, and a dedicated customer success team during onboarding.
The SMB plan starts at a monthly euro amount that is on the page. The enterprise plan is a custom plan. Ask what exports exist for your pricing strategies and calculations, as the pages do not say.

The SMB plan covers one shop and five users, so a second shop forces a move to the quote-only enterprise plan.
Integrations named on the site centre on Shopware, Plentymarkets, JTL and Shopify, which is narrow for other shop systems.

Spanish price intelligence vendor with a separate dynamic pricing product

The contact page gives a Murcia headquarters and offices in Madrid, Barcelona, London and Munich. The homepage claims more than 1,000 enterprise projects, 100 experts and an ISO 27001 certification. Those are vendor statements, but the certification claim sits in the site footer.
Solutions are split by use case, industry and department, which helps pricing, marketing and purchasing teams find their module. Lack of published pricing is the main friction for comparison shopping.

Reactev repricing
Brands and retailers
Where it costs you
No pricing page exists on the site, so cost can only be learned through a demo request.
Two products, Minderest and Reactev, mean monitoring and repricing may be contracted separately.

Competitor tracking and dynamic pricing built around Google Shopping
Ranked #5 of 12 in Best Pricing Software in 2026.

The footer names BlackCurve Solutions Limited, registration number 10089233, registered in England and Wales. The product pitch is that rivals are found automatically from Google Shopping and prices adjust by rule across channels.
Data can be pushed in and out through Google Drive and Google Sheets, which suits teams that already work in spreadsheets. Nothing in the pages we fetched describes contract length, data export terms or support hours, so those have to be asked.

Where it costs you
Competitor discovery starts from Google Shopping, so sellers whose rivals sit elsewhere may see less coverage.

Dynamic pricing
Where it costs you
The homepage shows no prices or plan limits, so the cost of each of the three steps is unknown until quoted.
Dynamic pricing is the last step, so teams wanting automation first still set up price lists beforehand.

Pricing software tracks competitor prices or manages list prices, discounts and quotes, and in some products changes prices automatically by rules, so sellers set prices from data. The differences that matter are rarely in the feature list, so this is
the order we would work through them.
01
Decide whether you need a published price
2 of the 12 tools here publish what they cost; the other 10 quote per organisation. The ones you can compare without a sales call: Prisync, Omnia Retail.
02
Decide how much the jurisdiction matters
These 12 vendors are established in 8 countries across 4 regions (Europe 5, Elsewhere 5, North America 1, Middle East 1). That decides whose disclosure law applies to what the vendor holds, wherever the servers are.
Pricing software for web shops or for B2B sellers
Start by naming the job. Prisync, Price2Spy, Omnia Retail, Minderest, BlackCurve and Wiser watch competitor prices and, in some tiers, change your shop prices by rule. Pricefx, Vendavo and Zilliant manage list prices, customer agreements, quotes and rebates inside a manufacturer or distributor. Pricemoov sits between them, starting from price lists and adding competitor data later.
A retailer that buys a B2B suite pays for modules it will not use, and a distributor that buys a scraper still has no way to govern discounts. Write down whether your price problem is rivals moving or your own discounts leaking, then shortlist only the group that matches. Vendors in the wrong group will still take a demo call, so the filter has to come from you, before any sales conversation starts.
Decide if the problem is competitor movement or internal discount control
Ask each vendor which of the two jobs is its core product
Test with your own catalogue, not a demo dataset
Published prices, tiers and modules
Cost visibility differs sharply. Prisync prints monthly tiers by product count, adds 20 percent for API access, and offers a 14-day trial without a card. Omnia Retail prints a starting price for its single-shop plan and quotes enterprise. Price2Spy splits tiers from paid modules such as repricing and screenshots. Minderest, Competera, Pricefx, Vendavo and Zilliant show no price list in the pages we read.
A published price lets a buyer check the first-year bill, while a quote-only vendor has to be pushed for a written price that includes every module, data source and user seat. Compare a three-year total, not the entry price, and keep the written quote with every module listed so that later invoices can be checked against it.
Get the price of repricing or dynamic pricing in writing, not only monitoring
Check whether API access or extra sales channels cost extra
Ask what happens to the price when the product count grows
Matching, coverage and the first ninety days
Competitor tracking depends on matching your products to rivals' listings. Intelligence Node advertises 99 percent matching accuracy under an SLA, which is a vendor claim to test on your own catalogue. Prisync lists competitor matching as an ordered service, and Price2Spy sells a matching service and Automatch as a module. BlackCurve starts competitor discovery from Google Shopping, so coverage follows what appears there.
Ask how many of your top products are matched in the first month and who corrects mismatches, because a wrong match can trigger a wrong automatic price change. For B2B suites such as Pricefx and Vendavo, the equivalent work is connecting cost data and customer segments from your ERP before any price recommendation is trustworthy.
Run a pilot on 100 of your own products and count the correct matches
Ask who owns corrections when a competitor listing is matched wrongly
Confirm which marketplaces and countries the data sources cover
Exit, ownership and independence
Pricing data and rules become part of your daily routine, so check how they leave. Prisync bills monthly and exports Excel reports, which makes stopping cheap and keeps the contract risk low. Enterprise suites tie price rules, rebate logic and agreements to the platform, so ask for a full export of rules and history at contract end.
Ownership matters too: Intelligence Node is an Omnicom company, while Omnia Retail, Price2Spy, Prisync and Minderest present themselves as pricing specialists. Choose a vendor whose roadmap you can bear to depend on, and keep a copy of price history outside the tool, since competitor price history is the asset you cannot recreate after cancelling, and ask whether it is included in a standard export.
Ask for the export format of price history, rules and matched products
Check the notice period and whether billing is monthly or annual
Find out who owns the vendor and whether it sells through partners
What goes wrong most often when buying pricing software
Buying a B2B pricing suite when the real problem is a competitor price feed for a web shop, or the other way round.
Comparing entry prices without adding repricing, API access, extra sales channels and users.
Trusting a vendor's matching accuracy figure without testing it on your own products.
Letting automatic repricing run without margin floors, so a rival's pricing error lowers your price too.

The other 10 quote per organisation.
Is there a free pricing tool?
No. None of the 12 offer a usable free tier.
