Klue vs Rival IQ
Pick by who owns the question inside your company. Klue speaks to sales and product teams, with a Compete Agent for sharing intel and a Win-Loss Suite that holds AI voice interviews with buyers and sellers, yet its homepage and pricing page show no amounts. Rival IQ speaks to marketers, with three published monthly plans counted by tracked companies, a 14-day trial and dashboards, alerts and exports, but no battlecards or win/loss. One shows its bill up front, and the other shows its depth on deal outcomes. Neither names a country or a hosting model.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
you want to learn why deals are won or lost and give sellers competitive answers inside Slack, Salesforce or Highspot. You are fine asking for a demo to get a price.
you are a marketing team benchmarking a fixed set of rivals on social and digital metrics and want published plan prices. One seat on the entry plan and no battlecards are acceptable to you.

Where they differ
Klue 1 · Rival IQ 3 · open 2- 01
Who the product is built to answer
Klue names a Compete Agent that collects, curates and shares competitive intel, an Ask Klue function giving sellers cited answers, and a Win-Loss Suite with an AI Interviewer for short voice conversations. Rival IQ names Head-to-Head Reports, alerts when competitors post high-performing content, scheduled exports and social listening of sentiment and mentions. The first reads like a tool for revenue teams and the second for marketers, and each homepage leaves out the other's job, so decide which job matters first.
Depends on the buyer

Plans counted in tracked companies
Rival IQ publishes Drive at USD 239 a month for 10 tracked companies and 1 user, Engage at USD 349 for 20 companies and 2 users, and Engage Pro at USD 559 for 40 companies and 5 users, with 15% off annual billing. Klue's pricing page shows no plans, prices or free plan, only a GET A DEMO button. For a budget draft before any call, Rival IQ can be done with Rival IQ alone, and Klue stays opaque until you book time.

Add-ons that grow the bill
Rival IQ spells out what growth costs, line by line: 5 more companies for USD 50 a month, 10 more swaps for USD 50 and each extra user for USD 10 a month. History grows with the plan, from 6 months on Drive to 12 on Engage and 24 on Engage Pro, and API access is an add-on on Engage Pro. Klue gives no unit costs or limits for any plan, and its homepage cites 12+ and 150+ competitors only as customer case figures.
Edge: Rival IQ
- 04
The trial question
Rival IQ gives a 14-day free trial, no card needed, which support can extend, and states plainly that there is no free plan. It also gives away Head-to-Head Reports for one main competitor and Live Benchmarks without a plan. Klue mentions no free plan or trial on the pages we read, only a demo request button on its homepage and pricing page. Testing with your own competitor list before any sales conversation is possible only at Rival IQ.

Integrations into daily tools
Klue names Slack, Glean, Showpad, Salesforce, Highspot and Claude as tools teams already use every day, and its win and loss stories are generated from CRM data and call recordings. Rival IQ lists a Google Data Studio connector under Product, names a Social Insights API which on Engage Pro is an add-on, and exports of any report to outside collaborators or clients. Klue plugs into the sales stack more directly and with more named tools, so it takes this round.

Ownership and country on the page
Rival IQ states that it is now a proud member of the Quid family, and its footer reads Rival IQ, a Quid Company, so it is not a standalone vendor and the page treats it as part of that group. Klue's footer reads Klue Labs, Vancouver, BC, while its About page gives 2015 as the founding year, but no legal entity name or country appears. Neither site spells out a country, and neither says where it is hosted or whether it can be self-hosted.
Depends on the buyer
When neither fits
If you need an always-on tracker for site changes or a battlecard programme with a visible price, neither suits. Crayon and Kompyte are the next two to check in our competitive intelligence ranking.
Klue or Rival IQ: questions
3 answersDoes Rival IQ include win/loss analysis or battlecards?
The pages we read name neither feature. Its named functions are dashboards, head-to-head reports, alerts, scheduled exports and social listening. For deal outcomes you would look at a tool like Klue.
What would an extra seat on Rival IQ add?
Each extra user is USD 10 a month on top of the plan. Drive includes 1 user, Engage 2 and Engage Pro 5. Extra companies and swaps are billed in blocks of 5 and 10 at USD 50 each.
Is Klue's price anywhere on its site?
No. The pricing page shows only a GET A DEMO button, and no free plan or trial is named. The terms and privacy pages returned an error when we tried them, so no legal entity could be read.
