Smartlead vs Saleshandy
Smartlead and Saleshandy both let you connect unlimited email accounts, so mailbox count is not what separates them. Smartlead is an Australian-registered business with four plans, separate counters for contacts, sends and verified emails, and a menu of infrastructure add-ons. Saleshandy is run by an Indian partnership, has three tiers, and bundles a B2B contact database with monthly lead credits. Pick Smartlead when sending infrastructure is the job, and Saleshandy when finding the contacts is part of the same subscription.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
you run outreach from many mailboxes, perhaps for clients, and you are fine paying for dedicated servers or bought mailboxes as separate items. You also value monthly or annual terms with no lock-in.
you are a founder or small sales team who wants to find leads and send to them from one subscription. You can live with a seven-day trial and a live-sequence cap on the entry tier.

Where they differ
Smartlead 2 · Saleshandy 2 · open 2- 01
Four counters against two caps
Smartlead's Base plan holds 2,000 contacts, 6,000 email sends and 2,000 verified emails a month, and these are tracked as separate counters, so one big list can hit a limit early. Saleshandy's Starter also allows 2,000 active prospects in live sequences and 6,000 emails a month, but stores unlimited prospects. Saleshandy's limits are fewer to watch, which is easier to plan around.

Mailboxes without a meter
Both vendors let you connect unlimited email accounts. Smartlead states this for all plans at no extra cost and rotates sending across the connected mailboxes in a campaign. Saleshandy states unlimited email accounts on all tiers. Nothing published gives a reason to prefer one on raw mailbox count, so this round is level. The difference shows up in what each sells around the mailboxes.
Depends on the buyer
- 03
Buying infrastructure inside the tool
Smartlead sells SmartServers, a dedicated IP per server per month, and SmartSenders, which buys Google, Outlook or SMTP mailboxes monthly plus a domain yearly. It also lists SmartDelivery placement testing and SmartServices, a managed outbound option. Saleshandy lists no equivalent infrastructure shop. For a sender who wants servers and mailboxes arranged inside one product, Smartlead goes further, though each item adds cost.

The lead database and its credits
Saleshandy includes B2B data of 852M+ contacts and 42M+ companies, with monthly lead credits (1,500 on Starter). One credit reveals a verified email and six reveal a phone number. Smartlead sells email verification credits as an add-on and describes no contact database. A buyer who also needs prospects found will get more from Saleshandy.
Edge: Saleshandy
- 05
Seven days or a card-free trial
Saleshandy offers a 7-day free trial on each tier, which its own category notes call the shortest among tools that publish prices. Smartlead says all plans come with a free trial and that no credit card is required, but gives no length. Annual billing at Smartlead saves 17%. Saleshandy shows annual and monthly prices, and the saving is not stated in the pack.

Who stands behind each product
Smartlead's privacy policy names 521 Products Pty Ltd, an Australian registered business, trading as Smartlead and SmartProspect. Saleshandy's terms describe a binding contract with Ikigai Infotech LLP, and its privacy policy gives an address in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, although the page does not name the country. Neither vendor is European. Saleshandy also lists sequences across email, calls, LinkedIn and WhatsApp with manual tasks, which Smartlead does not mention.
Depends on the buyer
When neither fits
If you want one flat price per seat with no add-ons and no separate counters, neither matches that model well. Instantly and Lemlist are two other cold email tools in our list worth checking against your volumes.
Smartlead or Saleshandy: questions
3 answersDo I pay extra for each sending mailbox on these two?
No, both state unlimited email accounts, Smartlead on every plan and Saleshandy on every tier. The extra cost at Smartlead comes from buying mailboxes through SmartSenders, which is optional. Connecting your own accounts adds nothing.
What does a phone number cost in Saleshandy lead credits?
Six credits, while a verified email costs one. Starter includes 1,500 credits a month, so that is a few hundred phone numbers at most if you buy nothing else. Annual billing delivers credits upfront instead of monthly.
Which vendor is a better fit if I need dedicated sending IPs?
Smartlead lists SmartServers, a dedicated IP per server per month, as an add-on. Saleshandy shows no dedicated IP product. Check with Saleshandy directly if that is a hard requirement.
