Woodpecker.co vs Instantly
Woodpecker.co and Instantly each automate outbound sequences, but the two vendors reach a bill by opposite routes. Woodpecker, registered in Wroclaw, Poland, prices its tiers by emails sent per month, counts follow-ups in that total, and unlocks every feature during a 14-day trial. Instantly, operated by Foo Monk, LLC of Wyoming, attaches unlimited email accounts and unlimited warm-up to its outreach plans, then places lead data and AI agents in a separate credits product. So one buyer tops up infrastructure add-ons while the other holds two subscriptions. We found no single all-in monthly figure for either, which means your real cost depends on mailboxes, domains and prospect data, plus any warm-ups beyond the three included.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
you want a Polish supplier with a registered office in Wroclaw. You prefer a 14-day trial with every feature open and no card, and a bill that follows the number of emails sent. You can accept paying extra for warm-ups, mailboxes and domains.
you send from many mailboxes and want unlimited accounts and warm-up from the first outreach plan. You have no objection to a United States operator under Wyoming law. You also accept buying lead data on a second plan.

Evaluating before paying
Woodpecker's price list offers a fortnight of free trial use with every feature included and no credit card needed. Its terms also allow a refund within three days of a payment, on condition that no prospects were processed and no messages went out. Instantly takes a vaguer line. Its pricing page shows Get Started buttons without any named trial period, while the signup form mentions no credit card and the meta text says Start free. Because no trial length is given for Instantly, a buyer who wants a fixed window to test sequences has firmer ground with Woodpecker.

Sender accounts and warm-up
Instantly's outreach plans, from Growth upward, include unlimited email accounts and unlimited warm-up. Woodpecker lists unlimited team members, unlimited email accounts and unlimited email verification, yet only 3 warm-ups come with a tier. Additional warm-ups per email account are sold as add-ons, and so are addresses from Google, Microsoft, Maildoso, Mailforge and Infraforge, along with new domains billed annually. An agency running a long list of sender accounts therefore starts with more included capacity at Instantly. Woodpecker names no ceiling on mailboxes in the pages we read, but its warm-up allowance is the narrower one.

Monthly sending ceilings
Woodpecker's plans climb between 5,000 and 1,000,000 emails sent per month, and each email counts, follow-ups included. Instantly's Growth plan covers 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails monthly. Hypergrowth stretches to 25,000 contacts and 125,000 emails, Light Speed to 100,000 contacts and 500,000 emails, and Enterprise is custom. Woodpecker therefore publishes the higher top figure in the pages we read, while Instantly limits contacts alongside emails. Instantly's pricing page also shows inconsistent prices in places, so confirm the live number on screen before fixing a budget for any of its plans. Treat every list price as provisional until then.

Where lead data gets billed
Instantly holds a lead database of over 450 million B2B leads, plus enrichment and AI agents, in a separate credits plan list, so a complete workflow there means two subscriptions. Bundles are offered at $94 for Starter, $194 for Scale and $555 for Agency each month, and yearly billing saves 10 percent. Woodpecker sells extra Lead Finder credits as an add-on to its own plan. We read no separate AI-agent product on Woodpecker's pages, which keeps sending and prospecting on a single invoice. A finance team that dislikes reconciling two vendors' charges will notice that difference first.

Isolated server infrastructure
Instantly's Light Speed plan and Enterprise include SISR, short for Server and IP Sharding and Rotation, which assigns dedicated or private server and IP blocks. Enterprise additionally lists a Private Deliverability Network, and the Scale bundle adds advanced deliverability features. Woodpecker's pages describe only mailbox and domain add-ons, which is a different thing, with no private-infrastructure system of that kind. A sender who needs to keep its reputation apart from other customers at high volume will find more documented for that purpose at Instantly. What private servers cost beyond the plan names is not stated in either set of pages.

Legal home and renewal
Woodpecker's terms give a registered office in Wroclaw, Poland, and state that the Premium Subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle. Instantly's terms name Foo Monk, LLC at an address in Sheridan, Wyoming, and send disputes to Wyoming courts, while its privacy policy says systems are located within the United States. Anyone seeking a contract partner inside the EU, with courts close to home, will find Woodpecker the more direct match. That point weighs most for legal and procurement teams. Whichever you choose, read the full contract and the renewal clause before committing to a long term.

When neither fits
Neither suits you if personalised images and video inside sequences matter more than volume pricing. Lemlist is worth a look for that need. Smartlead is another sending-first alternative when unlimited mailboxes are the main requirement. Compare either against the tier and add-on lists above before you switch.
Woodpecker.co or Instantly: questions
3 answersIf I send three follow-ups to each prospect, how does Woodpecker tally my month?
Every email sent counts toward the tier, follow-ups included, so an opener plus three follow-ups is four against your allowance.
Tiers span 5,000 up to 1,000,000 emails a month. Email, multichannel and LinkedIn variants exist. Choose the tier by total sends rather than by prospect count.
Which Instantly credit plan names should I look for when I want lead data?
The pages we read list the lead database and AI agents under separate credits plans named Growth, Supersonic and Hyper credits.
Beyond the Starter, Scale and Agency bundles we read no bundled price for them. The pricing page shows inconsistent figures in places. Confirm the live number before you rely on any of them.
Does a three-warm-up allowance matter if I only run a handful of mailboxes?
Both vendors state unlimited email accounts. Woodpecker includes 3 warm-ups per tier and sells extra warm-ups per email account as an add-on.
Instantly adds unlimited warm-up from Growth upward. A handful of mailboxes may fit inside three warm-ups, whereas a larger fleet will push you into add-ons.
