Everlaw vs Logikcull
Everlaw and Logikcull both let you add reviewers without a seat fee, but they meter something different. Everlaw's pricing page lists unlimited user licences and then marks several AI functions as credit-based, so the bill follows how hard a team leans on Deep Dive, translation and extractions. Logikcull's pay-as-you-go plan meters gigabytes stored each month with a 10 GB minimum, and adds a sample matter you can open before a card goes in. Neither page prints an amount, so both need a quote, and Logikcull now sits next to Reveal.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
you expect large or multilingual matters with many reviewers, and you want SOC 2 Type 2, FedRAMP Moderate and GovRAMP Moderate attestations stated on the vendor's own page. You can accept that AI usage is metered in credits and that the base price comes only through a demo.
you handle occasional matters, want to load data and start reviewing on a monthly plan with no commitment, and like testing on a sample matter first. You are comfortable paying for storage by the gigabyte and buying AI fact-finding as a separate add-on.

Reviewers are free at Everlaw, storage is the meter at Logikcull
Everlaw's base table lists Unlimited User Licenses together with onboarding, online customer training, support and standard data migration, so adding a reviewer does not change the quote. Logikcull also lists unlimited users and unlimited projects, but its pay-as-you-go plan charges per GB of data each month. One tool taxes how much AI you run, the other taxes how much data you keep. Neither page we read shows an amount.
Depends on the buyer

What a card-free first hour looks like
Logikcull's FAQ says every pay-as-you-go account includes a sample matter to test with no commitment before a credit card is added, and the plan is monthly with no commit. Everlaw's pricing page offers Request a Demo and Schedule a Meeting, and no free plan or trial turned up in the Everlaw material we read. A buyer who would rather poke at real data before speaking with a salesperson gets that at Logikcull.

Credits behind Deep Dive, translation and extractions
On Everlaw, Deep Dive natural-language questions, coding suggestions, machine translation in 100+ languages and custom extractions carry credits markers, and single-document use is marked no credits for three of them. That makes a small, English-only matter cheap to run and a large multilingual one costlier. Logikcull marks Reveal AI fact-finding as an add-on on both its plans, with no per-GB amount shown. Both meter AI, in different ways.

Analytics a reviewer can use on day one
Everlaw lists predictive coding, clustering, a communication visualizer, rich email threading and batch redactions, plus Omni agentic AI, Review Assistant and support for 194 file types. Logikcull's annual subscription adds AV transcription, Slack chat filtering, data archiving and PII detection and redactions, while pay-as-you-go leaves those out. The longer analytics list, as the vendors print it, belongs to Everlaw.

Legal holds and collection from other sources
Everlaw keeps Legal Holds on a separate pricing tab with an audit trail, and Intake Portal, Case Management and Compliance Reporting are add-ons. Logikcull puts unlimited legal holds and collection from 31+ sources (Onna) with Reveal Hold into the annual Corporate Suite, sold through Talk to Sales. Both split hold work from core review, so check which contract covers it before you sign either.

Security attestations and who stands behind the product
Everlaw states SOC 2 Type 2, FedRAMP Certification Class C (Moderate) and GovRAMP Moderate Authorization, and lists regional sign-in sites for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, European Union and Australia; where data is hosted is not stated. Logikcull's terms name Logik Systems, Inc. under California law, its footer links to Reveal Data, and the Logikcull material we read lists no certifications. On attestations, Everlaw is ahead.
Edge: Everlaw
When neither fits
Look at Reveal if you want the vendor that now lists Logikcull among its products and wants one contract for review and AI. Look at Relativity if your matters are large enough that a heavyweight, self-managed or partner-hosted platform makes more sense than either of these two.
Everlaw or Logikcull: questions
3 answersDoes Everlaw charge extra when I invite another reviewer?
The pricing page lists Unlimited User Licenses in the base table, so a new reviewer is not a line item.
The cost that grows is credit use on features such as Deep Dive and machine translation. Everlaw does not publish the base amount on the pages we read.
Can I try Logikcull before handing over a credit card?
Yes, according to its pricing FAQ: every pay-as-you-go account includes a sample matter to test with no commitment before a card is added. The plan is monthly and priced on data stored, with a 10 GB minimum. The page shows no per-GB amount.
Which of the two writes down its security certifications?
Everlaw does, on its pricing page: SOC 2 Type 2, FedRAMP Moderate and GovRAMP Moderate. Logikcull's own pages, as read, carry no certification list. If a procurement team demands them in writing, ask Logikcull directly.
