The typical searcher already runs meetings on Zoom, added Webinars for a launch or a training series, and now finds that it is licensed per host seat in capacity bands while the features that matter for marketing sit one tier up. They move to dedicated webinar platforms with built-in registration pages, automation and analytics, or to tools that price by attendee instead of by host.
Short answer: The closest replacements for Zoom Webinars in our webinar software ranking are Livestorm, WebinarGeek and ClickMeeting. Choose Livestorm if many colleagues host sessions and you would rather pay for attendance than for host seats. All 11 alternatives below are ranked products from Best Webinar Software in 2026, and each says where it differs from Zoom Webinars.

Why buyers look past Zoom Webinars
01
The good features sit in the next plan
Zoom sells Webinars and Webinars Plus as separate plans, both per user per month and both listed for audiences up to 500 attendees. The pre-recorded (simulive) format, a private backstage space, pro layouts and richer analytics are listed under Webinars Plus only. A team that wants an automated webinar on a loop therefore pays for the higher plan before it gets there.
02
Priced by host seat and audience band
The plans are licensed per user, with the attendee ceiling fixed by the plan. That suits a few named presenters running big sessions. It suits a marketing team badly, where many people run small sessions and the cost follows headcount instead of the audience actually reached. Livestorm says on its own pricing page that Zoom charges for team members while Livestorm does not.
03
A meeting tool first, a marketing tool second
Zoom Webinars is built on the meeting platform, which explains the reliability and the familiar interface for attendees. The reverse side is that registration pages, follow-up emails and funnel reporting come as connections to marketing tools, where the specialist platforms treat them as the product.

Virtual rooms with simulated live webinars, engagement scoring and a link to Adobe Learning Manager for blended learning. Adobe lists DoD IL-4 and FedRAMP High environments and flexible deployment and data residency. Pricing is not on the page we could read, so cost is a question for Adobe.
Switch from Zoom Webinars if you run training or regulated events and want rooms, an LMS link and deployment choice.
Zoom Webinars remains the right choice when your presenters and attendees already live in Zoom, when reliability for large audiences matters more than marketing tooling, and when a small number of named hosts run the sessions. Attendees need nothing new to learn, the standard plan covers chat, reactions, polls and Q&A, and Webinars Plus adds pre-recorded sessions, backstage and layouts if you need them. A dedicated platform is worth the move only if your problem is registration, follow-up and reporting.

What moving off Zoom Webinars involves
01
Registrant lists and recordings
Export registrant lists, attendance reports and recordings before the licence ends, since each platform keeps its own history and cannot import another's attendance. Recordings can be re-uploaded as on-demand content on most alternatives, but check the upload limits and format on the target first.
02
Rebuild the registration and email flow
The registration page, confirmation and reminder emails and any CRM sync have to be rebuilt in the new tool. Most of the specialist platforms ship templates, so the work is mostly mapping fields and reconnecting the marketing stack. Run a test webinar with internal attendees before the first public date.

Questions about replacing Zoom Webinars
6 answers
Why do people look for a Zoom Webinars alternative?
Usually one of three reasons: the per-user licence with a fixed attendee ceiling, the split between Webinars and Webinars Plus (pre-recorded sessions and richer analytics are on the higher plan), or a wish for registration and follow-up features that sit inside the product instead of in separate marketing tools.
Which alternative charges per attendee instead of per host?
Livestorm sells yearly packs of attendee credits, one credit per unique attendee per session, and does not count team members. WebinarJam, edudip and WebinarGeek instead tier by audience size. Demio prices per host with an attendee room, which is closer to Zoom's model.
Which alternatives are good for automated or evergreen webinars?
eWebinar is built around automated sessions, and WebinarGeek lists automated and hybrid webinars on its Premium plan. WebinarJam and ClickMeeting list automated webinars too. Zoom supports a pre-recorded format as well, but its Simulive feature is listed under Webinars Plus.
Which alternatives are based in Europe?
Livestorm (France), WebinarGeek (Netherlands) and edudip (Germany) are the ones we confirmed on the vendor sites. ClickMeeting is also listed as European in our directory, but we could not confirm its location from the pages we read.
Do any of these publish all their prices?
Most publish at least entry tiers: Livestorm, WebinarGeek, edudip, eWebinar, Demio and WebinarJam show prices on their pricing pages. BigMarker is quoted for every plan, and enterprise tiers are quoted at most vendors.
Can I keep Zoom for meetings and only move the webinars?
Yes. Webinars are licensed separately from meetings, and the alternatives are standalone products. Many teams keep Zoom for internal meetings and run public webinars elsewhere.
