ON24 alternatives: 11 webinar tools compared

Teams look past ON24 because the price is only given after a conversation and the useful parts sit in higher packages. The alternatives here include Dutch, German, French and Polish vendors with published prices, evergreen specialists, and a few larger names for organisations that already run on them.

Short answer: Smaller vendors fill the top three places where the category offers them, and the household names start at place 4. For ON24 users, the top three picks from our webinar software ranking are WebinarGeek, eWebinar and edudip. Pick WebinarGeek if you want a number on the page before talking to anyone and a Dutch office to call. These 11 products are all in Best Webinar Software in 2026; the notes say how each one compares with ON24.

Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.

ON24

#13 of 13 in our webinar software ranking

  • Pricing: Annual contract, quoted per organisation
  • Established in: United States
  • Built for: Enterprise demand generation feeding scored leads into marketing automation systems
  • Not for: Any team without a dedicated webinar producer on staff
01

Why buyers look past ON24

  1. 01

No price until a sales conversation

ON24's pricing page names three packages, Essentials, Standard and Advanced, and offers two buttons, Request pricing and Chat now. No amount appears for any of them, and virtual events are marked as an add-on on every package. A buyer who wants to compare a handful of tools on cost cannot do so without booking time with a salesperson.

  2. 02

The engagement layer is spread over the higher packages

Per the pricing page, Segment personalisation, Key Moments, automated nurtures, AI-generated content and advanced analytics start at Standard, and content hubs and personalised landing pages at Advanced. Essentials covers webinars, event management, integrations and performance analytics. A team that signs for the entry package for the webinar room alone may find the audience data it wanted sits one step up.

  3. 03

Built as a content marketing platform, not a webinar room

The platform page describes webinars, content hubs, landing pages and virtual events tied together by an AI analytics and content engine, with profiles built at prospect and account level. That is a large product to adopt when the real need is to schedule a session, collect registrations and send a replay. The scope shows in how much of the site is about programmes rather than the session.

What each one does differently

WebinarGeek

Netherlands · Published

WebinarGeek lists Premium at 59 euros a month on yearly billing for the smallest room, with viewer tiers from 75 up to 1,000, and an Enterprise tier at 349 euros a month for 500 to 5,000 viewers on an annual contract. The offices are in Zoetermeer and New York, a DPA addendum comes with the standard terms, and a 14-day trial runs with every Premium feature switched on.

eWebinar

Canada · Published

eWebinar is for recorded sessions that repeat on a timetable. Level 1 is $99 a month for one active eWebinar and 1,000 registrants a month, Level 2 is $199 for five, and Level 3 is $299 for fifteen, with $15 a month for each extra. Annual billing saves 15 percent, and a 14-day trial is on offer. Team members are unlimited on every level.

Switch from ON24 if your main use of ON24 is replaying one strong session for new audiences every week.

edudip

Germany · Published

edudip is a German webinar product whose argument is data protection, with a room that runs in the browser. Our own check could not read its pricing page, which loaded without text, so we state no plan names or amounts here. We keep it in the list for buyers whose first question is where the data lives and which contract covers it.

Switch from ON24 if a works council or public body asks for a German processor before anything else.

edudip, #3 of 13 in our webinar software ranking →

Livestorm

France · Published

Livestorm charges for people rather than seats. Pro costs 2.50 euros per attendee credit, and one credit is used per unique participant per session across a 12-month period, with team members not counted. Live rooms hold up to 3,000, Pro sessions run 4 hours and Enterprise 12. Pardot, Salesforce, Marketo, Dynamics and Brevo links are Enterprise only, while HubSpot and Zapier come with Pro.

Switch from ON24 if audience size varies a lot and you prefer paying per attendee over a fixed capacity tier.

ClickMeeting

Poland · Published

ClickMeeting splits its price list by purpose: Essential for a first webinar, Standard for automated and on-demand sessions, and higher plans beyond that. Essential already carries two presenters, five breakout rooms and paid webinars with tickets. The vendor is Polish, and the pricing page also offers a free trial account and an Enterprise route for larger needs.

Switch from ON24 if you want to charge for access to sessions without an enterprise contract.

Demio

United States · Published

Demio prices per host rather than by registrant, starting at $45 a month on yearly billing for a single host, with a monthly option at higher rates. Single sign-on is limited to selected plans, and a $150 add-on covers on-the-spot set-up and troubleshooting help. The room has a fixed layout aimed at marketers who repeat one format.

Switch from ON24 if a small marketing team runs the same session often and wants fewer decisions about layout.

Airmeet

United States · Published

Airmeet publishes webinar plans from $167 a month on yearly billing (16 percent off) or $199 monthly, with two team members and webinars from 100 attendees. Brand conference packages begin at $4,999 and are quoted per event. The site pushes social features such as lounges next to the webinar room, which suits audiences expected to talk to each other.

Switch from ON24 if attendees should network and join discussion tables rather than only watch.

BigMarker

United States · On request

BigMarker lists two tiers and asks for a quote on both. Basic gives one host licence and up to 1,000 live attendees; Enterprise gives four host licences, up to 10,000 attendees, 64 webcams, one CRM or marketing-automation link, and adds simulive, evergreen and ticketed events. It is the closest in spirit to ON24 among the smaller names, as it also withholds prices.

Switch from ON24 if you need hosted event series and a CRM link and accept that pricing means a call.

Zoom Webinars

United States · Published

Zoom's webinar page lists Webinars, Webinars Plus and Events, each shown for up to 500 attendees, while the FAQ speaks of up to 100,000 on request. Plus adds pre-recorded sessions that run as live, a backstage area for speakers and AI-made event pages. Events adds multiple stages, ticket types and a lobby. Amounts did not come through in the text we read.

Switch from ON24 if speakers and attendees already use Zoom and a familiar client matters more than marketing depth.

GoTo Webinar

United States · Published

GoTo Webinar sells Reach, Elevate and Unlimited plans, and the product page names registration pages, scheduled invitations and reminders, Practice Mode, polls, Q&A, breakout rooms and paid events. HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce Pardot appear among its integrations. Its plan prices were not on the page we read, so we quote none.

Switch from ON24 if a small group of organisers hosts everything and a long-running product is preferred.

Adobe Connect

United States · Published

Adobe Connect prices per host per year: Standard $190 for 100 seats, Premium $290, Enterprise $390 for 300, with 500, 1,000 and 1,500-seat upgrades at $2,200, $3,900 and $4,900. Rooms are persistent, with custom pods and a prepare mode. Custom colours and logos are Premium and above. Team licences carry no listed price and go through sales.

Switch from ON24 if your sessions are recurring training courses in the same room rather than lead-generation events.

Which alternative for which situation

  1. 01

You want a price you can read before any call

WebinarGeek: Premium is 59 euros a month on yearly billing for 75 to 1,000 viewers, and a 14-day trial includes all Premium features.

  2. 02

You pay by the number of people who actually turn up

Livestorm: Pro is 2.50 euros per attendee credit, one credit per unique participant per session, and team members are not counted.

  3. 03

Your best talk is already recorded and should run every week

eWebinar: Level 1 is $99 a month for one active eWebinar and 1,000 registrants a month, with a 14-day trial.

  4. 04

You run recurring courses in the same room

Adobe Connect: Standard is $190 per host per year for 100 seats, and rooms are persistent with custom pods and a prepare mode.

  5. 05

You expect quotes and want a CRM link plus hosted series

BigMarker: Enterprise offers four host licences, up to 10,000 live attendees and one CRM or marketing-automation integration, priced on request.

04

When ON24 is still the right choice

ON24 stays the sensible choice when webinars are a marketing channel in their own right and the engagement data has to travel into the rest of the go-to-market stack. Its platform page lists content hubs, personalised landing pages, Key Moments, automated nurtures and analytics at attendee, event and channel level, a depth none of the smaller tools above matches on one page. If a team already uses those in Standard or Advanced, replacing them with several lighter tools will usually cost more work than the saving is worth.

05

What moving off ON24 involves

  1. 01

Inventory what you really switch on

List which package you hold, whether virtual events are in the contract, and which of content hubs, nurtures and landing pages anyone opened in the last year. What is unused need not be rebuilt.

  2. 02

Get the registrant and engagement data out first

Ask for exports of registrant lists, attendance and engagement history per event, and note which fields feed your CRM today. Decide before the contract ends which system keeps the history and who owns it.

  3. 03

Rebuild integrations and run one pilot webinar

Recreate the CRM and marketing-automation links in the new tool, check each against its plan, since some links are tied to higher tiers, then run a single live session before moving the whole calendar.

Questions about replacing ON24

6 answers
What is the best alternative to ON24?

WebinarGeek leads our list for most teams leaving ON24: a Dutch-staffed vendor with Premium at 59 euros a month on yearly billing, tiers for 75 to 1,000 viewers, and a 14-day trial. Livestorm, ClickMeeting and Demio follow for different working styles.

Which ON24 alternative shows its prices?

WebinarGeek, eWebinar, Livestorm, Demio, Airmeet and Adobe Connect publish amounts on their pages. ON24, BigMarker and the team licences of Adobe Connect work by quote, so compare those only after a call.

Is there an ON24 alternative for evergreen webinars?

eWebinar is made for it, with unlimited recurring sessions on every level and $99 a month at the entry level. BigMarker lists evergreen and simulive webinars on Enterprise, and Zoom lists pre-recorded sessions that run as live on Webinars Plus.

Which alternative links to Salesforce or Marketo?

Livestorm lists Salesforce, Marketo and Pardot on its Enterprise plan only. GoTo Webinar names HubSpot, Marketo and Pardot, and WebinarGeek names HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive and Zapier. Confirm the plan that carries the link before you sign.

Can a smaller tool replace the ON24 engagement data?

In part. The alternatives record attendance and reports, but none of the pages we read describe prospect and account level profiles like ON24's platform page does. Decide which fields your sales team really uses, then test those in a trial.

What if we mostly run training, not marketing webinars?

Adobe Connect keeps rooms and layouts between sessions at $190 to $390 per host per year, and Zoom Webinars suits teams already on Zoom. Both are weaker on registration funnels than the marketing-first tools.
