Airmeet alternatives: 11 webinar tools compared

Teams reconsider Airmeet when the shape of the product stops matching the job: it began as a virtual event platform, so its pricing, tiers and tools carry event assumptions. The alternatives below range from small European webinar vendors to evergreen, sales-led and enterprise tools, with a few that keep a social element.

Short answer: The first three alternatives to Airmeet in our webinar software ranking are WebinarGeek, edudip and eWebinar. We open the ranking with smaller vendors and put the established brands from fourth place onward. Choose WebinarGeek if you only present and want a small Dutch vendor with prices on the page. Each of the 11 alternatives sits in Best Webinar Software in 2026 and is described against Airmeet.

Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.

Airmeet

#7 of 13 in our webinar software ranking

  • Pricing: Per month, published webinar plans; events and managed services quoted
  • Established in: United States
  • Built for: A marketing team whose webinars should include audience networking or breakouts
  • Not for: A team that only needs a presenter and a slide deck

Why buyers look past Airmeet

  1. 01

Plans step from webinars straight to quotes

Airmeet's pricing page lists Premium Webinars at $167 a month billed yearly or $199 billed monthly, with two team seats. The next plan, Events, is a personalised quote, and Managed Events are quoted per event, with brand conferences starting at $4,999. A team that outgrows two seats has no published price to compare.

  2. 02

    Limits sit inside the plan

On Premium Webinars the page shows 720p streaming, 12 hours of live time per event, up to 150 events a year, 30 people per lounge table and a 4% ticketing commission. Full HD, longer sessions and lower commission belong to the Events plan, where 1080p is an add-on.

  3. 03

Going over the attendee limit is billed afterwards

Pricing follows the attendee limit, starting at 100 per webinar and scalable to 10,000. The FAQ allows a live event to go over, then bills the extra attendees afterwards by pay-as-you-go on your card. Buyers who want a fixed monthly figure often prefer a tool with a flat capacity tier.

What each one does differently

WebinarGeek

Netherlands · Published

WebinarGeek comes from the Netherlands and publishes tiers by audience size, with annual billing cheaper than monthly. It covers registration, live and recorded sessions, polls and a simple funnel without a sales call. The integration list is shorter than the American tools carry, and there are no lounge tables for attendees to mingle at.

Switch from Airmeet if you only present and want a small Dutch vendor with prices on the page.

edudip

Germany · Published

edudip is a German product with servers and processing agreement inside Germany, and attendees join from a browser with no plugin. Tiers follow participant capacity and annual billing takes up to 45% off. Data protection is the pitch rather than breadth of features, and product and support lean German-speaking.

Switch from Airmeet if your buyer is a public body or works council that asks where the data sits.

eWebinar

Canada · Published

eWebinar, from Canada, runs one recorded session on a repeating schedule while a moderator answers chat. Tiers follow active eWebinars and monthly registrants, with a 14-day trial. It runs no live sessions at all, so it complements a live tool and does not replace Airmeet's room.

Switch from Airmeet if your webinars are really evergreen recordings and the live room is rarely used.

ClickMeeting

Poland · Published

ClickMeeting is a Polish platform with separate Live and Automated plans priced by attendee count and a 14-day trial. Rooms can carry your branding and you can sell tickets. Full white label and events above 1,000 attendees move to Enterprise, and the interface looks dated next to newer tools.

Switch from Airmeet if you want paid tickets and a branded room from a European vendor.

ClickMeeting comes 6 of 13 when webinar software products are ranked here →

Livestorm

France · Published

Livestorm, based in France, keeps attendee data on AWS in Ireland and offers a free plan for up to 30 attendees. Paid use is a yearly pack of attendee credits, one spent per person per session. Both plans cap a live room at 3,000, and restreaming costs extra.

Switch from Airmeet if you want a free plan to test with and attendees who install nothing.

Demio

United States · Published

Demio is a US browser-based tool charged per host, with tiers by attendee room, 30% off annual billing and a 14-day trial. Automated replays behave like the live session. The room layout is fixed, capacity tiers climb fast, and the vendor now belongs to the Banzai marketing group.

Switch from Airmeet if one marketer reruns the same session weekly and wants clean registration.

WebinarJam

United States · Published

WebinarJam is aimed at selling from the stage, with countdown offers, injected chat, replay pages and an upsell button. Tiers follow attendee count, annual billing is cheaper and a $1 trial runs 14 days. The evergreen product EverWebinar is bundled only from the Basic plan upward.

Switch from Airmeet if your webinar ends in an offer and you want the sales tooling built in.

GoTo Webinar

United States · Published

GoTo Webinar is sold per organiser, with a published Reach tier up to 500 participants on monthly or annual terms. Elevate and Complete go through sales. Reporting and uptime are long established, while the look and the fixed attendee tiers show their age.

Switch from Airmeet if two people host everything and a per-organiser licence fits your budget.

Zoom Webinars

United States · Published

Zoom Webinars is a licence added to an existing Zoom account, with published tiers from 500 attendees upwards. Panellists already know the client. Landing pages and reminder emails are basic on the base plan, Webinars Plus adds event pages and simulive, and each capacity step is a large jump.

Switch from Airmeet if your speakers and audience already live in Zoom and you need plain capacity.

Zoom Webinars, #8 of 13 in our webinar software ranking →

BigMarker

United States · On request

BigMarker gives custom landing pages, branded rooms, series and hubs, and has enough agenda handling for a small conference. The price is quoted per organisation on an annual contract, so there is nothing to compare in advance. A monthly webinar would leave most of it unused.

Switch from Airmeet if you want to adjust the room and pages heavily and accept a sales call.

ON24

United States · On request

ON24 is an annual-contract product quoted per organisation, built to pass engagement data into Marketo or Eloqua as scored leads. It now sits within Cvent as one of its webinar lines. The production effort and cost assume a demand-generation team running webinars as a channel.

Switch from Airmeet if webinars feed a lead-scoring programme and you have a team to run it.

Which alternative for which situation

  1. 01

You only present and want a Dutch vendor

WebinarGeek: Published tiers by audience size cover registration, live and recorded sessions and polls.

  2. 02

You must keep attendee data in Germany

edudip: It states German servers and a German processing agreement, and attendees join in a browser.

  3. 03

You want a free plan to test with

Livestorm: The free plan allows up to 30 attendees, and attendee data sits on AWS in Ireland.

  4. 04

You mostly rerun one recording on a schedule

eWebinar: A moderator answers chat live during the recording, and a 14-day trial is listed.

  5. 05

You need to sell tickets in your own branded room

ClickMeeting: Tickets and branding come without an enterprise contract, with a 14-day trial listed.

04

When Airmeet is still the right choice

Airmeet stays the better choice when the audience should do more than watch. Lounge tables, networking, ticketing and sponsorship tools sit in the webinar plan, and the same account can later grow into multi-track and hybrid events with managed support. If you already run community meetups or townhalls where people talk to each other, a plain webinar tool will feel empty.

05

What moving off Airmeet involves

  1. 01

    Registrants and replays need exporting

Export registrant lists, recordings and any ticket buyers before the plan ends, and check what the new tool offers for the same sessions. Networking history and lounge conversations will not carry over, so decide what to keep.

  2. 02

    Rebuild landing pages and reminders

Registration pages, confirmation emails and CRM syncs are set up per tool. Rebuild them in the new one and run a private test session with a few colleagues before sending live invitations.

Questions about replacing Airmeet

6 answers
How much does Airmeet cost?

Premium Webinars is listed at $167 a month billed yearly or $199 billed monthly. Events is a personalised quote and Managed Events are quoted per event, with brand conferences starting at $4,999. Check the live page, as prices change.

Does Airmeet have a free trial?

The pricing page shows a free trial button on the Events plan. It does not show one for Premium Webinars, which carries a Buy Now button. Livestorm has a free plan up to 30 attendees, and eWebinar and Demio list 14-day trials.

Which alternatives are hosted in Europe?

edudip states German servers, Livestorm holds attendee data on AWS in Ireland, and WebinarGeek and ClickMeeting are Dutch and Polish vendors. Ask each for its processing agreement, since a vendor's country and its data location are separate questions.

Is there an alternative with attendee networking?

Our category records do not list lounge tables or networking in the other tools we cover. Zoom Webinars and Livestorm focus on presenting to an audience. If networking is the reason you use Airmeet, test whether a cheaper tool really replaces it.

Can I run evergreen webinars without Airmeet?

eWebinar is built for it and runs recorded sessions on a schedule with a moderator in chat. Demio and WebinarJam also run automated sessions, and ClickMeeting has an Automated plan.

What happens if I exceed my attendee limit?

On Airmeet the extra attendees are billed afterwards by pay-as-you-go. Other tools differ, so read how each treats a full room before an event.
