PriceLabs alternatives: 11 hotel revenue management tools compared
Hotels that look beyond PriceLabs usually do so because the product grew up around vacation rentals and the hotel side is one entry on a long solutions menu. The tools below range from small hotel-only pricing services to property management suites, channel managers with rate shopping and group-level systems for chains.
Short answer: RoomPriceGenie, Lighthouse and Hotelogix head the list of PriceLabs alternatives drawn from our hotel revenue management software ranking. Our rule for order: vendors outside the big brands go first, and the largest names are not placed in the top three. RoomPriceGenie is the one to try if you run an independent hotel and want a hotel-only vendor with a named upload frequency per plan. Below are 11 alternatives, each taken from the Best Hotel Revenue Management Software in 2026 ranking, with its main difference from PriceLabs.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
Pricing: 30-day trial, no credit card; plan terms not verified
Established in: Not stated by the vendor
Built for: Hosts and aparthotel operators who want a 30-day trial across many property systems
Not for: Full-service hotels needing group and function space pricing

Why buyers look past PriceLabs
01
Hotels share the menu with Airbnb hosts and RV parks
The PriceLabs navigation lists solutions for Airbnb hosts, Vrbo hosts, RV parks, mid-term rentals, aparthotels and hotels, and the hotels page lives on its own subdomain. The hotels page does describe room-level pricing, RevPAR, ADR and pacing dashboards. A hotel with several room types and group business should still check that the reports match the way its revenue meetings run.
02
Rates reach the PMS once a night unless you add more
According to the hotels page, rates sync to the property management system each night, and an add-on raises that to up to 24 syncs a day. For a hotel where pickup moves quickly around events, that makes the sync schedule a cost line to settle before signing, not a detail to discover afterwards.
03
Plan terms were not readable in the pages we opened
The hotels page advertises a 30-day free trial with no credit card and says its pricing section holds the plans, but the pricing pages we opened returned a login screen or a header with no plan, per-room or per-listing figures. Budgeting therefore starts inside the trial or with a demo, which makes a like-for-like comparison with quoted competitors slower.

RoomPriceGenie
Switzerland · On request
Steinhausen in Switzerland is where RoomPriceGenie AG sits, and it quotes each property by room count on one of three annual plans: Core, Premium or Professional. Premium and Professional recommend rates 18 months out and upload 24 times a day, while Core looks 12 months ahead and uploads 4 times. A 14-day trial comes first, and hotels above 200 rooms get a tailored proposal.
Switch from PriceLabs if you run an independent hotel and want a hotel-only vendor with a named upload frequency per plan.
Lighthouse Intelligence Ltd, registered in London, packages its offer as Pricing, Direct, Performance and Distribution modules, with an AI assistant called Ernest for commercial teams. The homepage counts 400+ technology partners, among them Mews, Cloudbeds and Oracle. Everything is quoted per organisation after a demo, so a hotel group pays only for the modules it picks.
Switch from PriceLabs if pricing, direct booking and performance reporting should come from one UK vendor in separate modules.
Hotelogix, from Singapore, starts as a cloud property management system and puts revenue management beside a channel manager, GDS connect and a booking engine. It also lists outside revenue tools among 100+ integrations. Prices follow property size and integrations, with details sent by email, which suits a hotel replacing its PMS and its rate tool in a single decision.
Switch from PriceLabs if the PMS is due for replacement and pricing could move into the same suite.
Mews is a cloud hotel platform that lists Revenue Management, Dynamic Pricing and Demand Forecasting & Controls inside its wider system menu. Quotes are per room across Pro, Core and Enterprise, payment processing is charged separately, and POS and Spaces are paid add-ons. The site claims 1,000+ marketplace integrations, so it can also be the system beneath a specialist pricing tool.
Switch from PriceLabs if you want pricing logic inside the hotel system and accept per-room quotes with extras billed separately.
eRevMax operates Rate Tiger, whose centre is a channel manager, a booking engine and a rate shopper tracking competitor rates, occupancy and parity. The pages name no demand forecasting or automatic price recommendations, so it feeds a revenue manager data and leaves decisions to a person. ISO 27001:2022, PCI and GDPR certifications are stated. Trial and demo go through one form.
Switch from PriceLabs if competitor rates and parity checks matter more than automated price suggestions.
Revenue Analytics sells N2Pricing, a cloud revenue management system for hotels, and Climber RMS for hotel performance and pricing at independent and regional hotels. Media, manufacturing, private equity and rail customers share its client list, so hotels are one line among several. The 3-10% uplift is the vendor's own claim. Prices and a trial are not published and demos lead.
Switch from PriceLabs if a regional hotel group wants a pricing specialist with a long analytics background and accepts a demo first.
RateGain lists Rate Navigator for Hotels under Revenue Management, beside its channel manager, booking engine and GDS connectivity. It says it powers 33 of the top 40 hotel chains, a vendor claim that points toward chain buyers rather than one small property. Plan names and prices are not on the pages we read, and contact sales or a demo are the routes in.
Switch from PriceLabs if distribution tools and pricing should come from the vendor that already serves large hotel chains.
Duetto Research, Inc. splits one Revenue & Profit Operating System into GameChanger for real-time pricing, ScoreBoard for forecasts, BlockBuster for group against individual stays and HotStats for profitability benchmarking. Demos replace prices and trials. The page announces the acquisition of FLYR Hospitality, so the product line is moving while you evaluate it.
Switch from PriceLabs if group displacement and profit-based pricing are the reason you outgrew a rental-first tool.
FLYR for Hospitality offers Optimize for pricing and restrictions, Insights for reporting, Planning for forecasts and Groups for displacement analysis. A banner says Duetto acquired it, the footer reads Duetto Research, Inc., and the login still points to a pacerevenue.com domain. An ROI calculator withholds its full projection, and no prices or trial are shown.
Switch from PriceLabs if you want restriction control and displacement analysis and are comfortable with a product now owned by Duetto.
Infor sells this inside its CloudSuite Hospitality portfolio, with AI forecasting, pricing at hotel or room level, group contract and function space pricing and adjustable automation. Essentials covers simpler needs and Pro modules cover complex portfolios. Tiers, prices, a trial, named PMS integrations and cloud or local deployment are not stated on the page, so ask for each in writing.
Switch from PriceLabs if you manage a complex portfolio with function space and want tiered automation from an enterprise software group.
IDeaS belongs to SAS, which acquired it in 2008. Its product covers room-type pricing, demand forecasting, budgeting and group and event space strategies, with 102 hospitality integrations listed. The 4-6% uplift and 34,000 hoteliers are vendor figures. Only demo routes are published, with no prices or plans, and offices are named in Pune and Shanghai.
Switch from PriceLabs if a large hotel needs budgeting, forecasting and event space strategy and has the team to run them.
You run an independent hotel and want to see room-count pricing first
RoomPriceGenie: Three plans are quoted per property, with a 14-day trial and rate uploads 4 or 24 times a day depending on the plan.
02
You want pricing, direct booking and performance reports as separate modules
Lighthouse: The London vendor splits its offer into four modules and counts 400+ technology partners, with quotes after a demo.
03
You are replacing the property management system as well
Hotelogix: Revenue management sits beside a channel manager, GDS connect and a booking engine in one cloud suite priced by property size.
04
You mainly need competitor rate and parity data
Rate Tiger: A rate shopper tracks competitor rates, occupancy and parity, and the vendor states ISO 27001:2022 certification.
05
You price groups and event space at a large property
IDeaS: It covers group and event space strategies with 102 hospitality integrations, sold through demos only.

When PriceLabs is still the right choice
PriceLabs remains the better fit when a company prices hotel rooms and rentals side by side and wants one tool for both. The hotels page offers a 30-day trial without a credit card, full feature access from the start, rate limits you set yourself, a tooltip explaining each calculated rate, tracking of up to 350 nearby hotels and short-term rentals and 60+ hotel PMS and channel manager connections. If your hotel already works with those and a nightly sync is enough, a move may add cost without adding accuracy.
05
What moving off PriceLabs involves
01
Note your minimum and maximum rates per room type
Write down the floors, ceilings, occupancy adjustments and any manual overrides you set in PriceLabs. A new tool starts from its own defaults, and these limits are the part of your pricing logic that does not move across by itself.
02
Check the PMS connection and how often rates are pushed
Ask each candidate which PMS or channel manager it connects to and how many times a day it uploads rates. A tool that pushes four times a day behaves differently around a last-minute event than one that pushes nightly.
03
Run both tools side by side for a few weeks
Keep PriceLabs live for one room type while the new tool prices another, and compare ADR and pickup before switching the rest. Use the trial period of the new vendor where one exists.

Questions about replacing PriceLabs
6 answers
Which tool is the best alternative to PriceLabs for a hotel?
RoomPriceGenie ranks first in our list. It is a Swiss vendor in Steinhausen that quotes per property by room count, with a 14-day trial and three plans, Core, Premium and Professional.
Premium and Professional upload rates 24 times a day. Lighthouse, Hotelogix and Mews follow for hotels that want more than pricing from one vendor.
Is PriceLabs only for vacation rentals?
No. It has a dedicated hotels page that describes room-level pricing, RevPAR, ADR and pacing dashboards, competitor tracking and 60+ hotel PMS connections.
Its menu also lists Airbnb, Vrbo, RV park and mid-term solutions, so a hotel should test whether the hotel reports fit its own inventory and meetings.
Which PriceLabs alternative also replaces the property management system?
Hotelogix and Mews both sell a cloud hotel system with revenue tools inside it. Hotelogix pairs revenue management with a channel manager, GDS connect and a booking engine and prices by property size.
Mews quotes per room across Pro, Core and Enterprise and charges payment processing separately.
What if I only need competitor rates, not automatic pricing?
Rate Tiger, operated by eRevMax, centres on a rate shopper that tracks competitor rates, occupancy and parity next to its channel manager and booking engine. The pages we read name no price recommendation engine, so a revenue manager keeps the decisions.
Which alternatives suit large hotels with group business?
Duetto lists BlockBuster for group against individual stays, FLYR for Hospitality offers a Groups module for displacement analysis and IDeaS covers group and event space strategies. Infor adds group contract and function space pricing. All four sell through demos and publish no prices.
Do PriceLabs alternatives offer a free trial?
RoomPriceGenie states a 14-day trial, and Rate Tiger takes trial requests through a form. Most of the others are demo-led and show no trial on the pages we read.
PriceLabs itself advertises 30 days without a credit card, which is the longest trial in this list.
