Workable vs Breezy HR

Both sell hiring software at a published monthly price with a short trial and no free plan. Workable charges more and builds sourcing and AI screening into the product. Breezy HR starts lower and gives every plan unlimited users, which suits teams that want each interviewer to have a login.

Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.

Workable 1 · Breezy HR 2 · open 1
  1. 01

    Entry cost

Workable lists Standard at $299 a month and Premier at $599 a month, with a lower rate when paid yearly. Breezy HR starts at $157 a month on Startup when billed annually ($189 if paid monthly) and reaches $439 on Business. Both pages show a $ sign without a currency code. Breezy HR is cheaper at the entry point.

    Edge: Breezy HR

  2. 02

    Who gets a login

Breezy HR states unlimited users and positions on all its listed plans, so adding a hiring manager does not change the bill. Workable's page we read describes unlimited active jobs under fair usage, and it does not make the same claim about users. For wide interviewer access, Breezy HR is the clearer fit.

    Edge: Breezy HR

  3. 03

    Sourcing and AI

Workable Agent searches 400M+ profiles and scores applicants against up to 14 job criteria, and recruiters can override any decision. Every paid plan includes 3,000 AI credits, with bundles from 5,000 for $600. Breezy HR's trial includes 100,000 Breezy Intelligence credits, but we read no proactive sourcing claim on its pages.

    Edge: Workable

  4. 04

    Job boards and trial

Workable pushes jobs to 200+ boards in one click, including Indeed and LinkedIn partner links. Breezy HR advertises to 50+ job sites in one click. Workable gives 15 days without a card, though Workable Agent is excluded from it. Breezy HR gives 14 days of full features. Reach favours Workable, the trial favours Breezy.

    Depends on the buyer

When neither fits

If you need deep funnel analytics or a vendor with a stated European home base, look further. Teamtailor and Homerun are two other tools in our applicant tracking list.
