Unbounce vs Instapage

Unbounce publishes four prices and fences each one by visitor volume, so you can budget before talking to anyone. Instapage's pricing page shows no figures in the version we read and pushes you to a trial or a demo. Unbounce leans on A/B tests and AI traffic routing, while Instapage is organised around matching pages to individual ads.

Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.

    Can you see the price?

Unbounce lists Starter at $29, Build at $99, Experiment at $149 and Optimize at $249 per month, with a yearly toggle that takes 25% off. Concierge is by enquiry and Agency starts at $349. The Instapage pricing page we fetched carried no amounts at all, only a 14-day free trial and a demo button.

  2. 02

Room before you outgrow a plan

Unbounce caps traffic per plan: up to 500 visitors on Starter, 20k on Build, 30k on Experiment and 50k on Optimize, with Concierge starting at 100,000. Starter also stops at 5 pages. We could not read Instapage's visitor limits, so we cannot rank it here, but Unbounce's caps are at least visible.

  3. 03

    Matching page to ad

Instapage says sending targeted ads to relevant pages gives 34% higher conversions and lower CPA, and its AdMap view links ads, ad groups and pages. Unbounce offers dynamic text replacement from Experiment upward, which covers the same idea in a lighter form. Instapage builds its whole pitch on it.

    Edge: Instapage

  4. 04

    Testing and automation

Unbounce offers unlimited A/B testing with confidence intervals from Experiment and AI traffic routing on Optimize. Instapage runs A/B tests on standard and AMP pages and describes AI experiments that steer ad traffic to higher-rated versions without manual oversight. Both automate it; Unbounce shows which tier you pay for.

    Depends on the buyer

  5. 05

    Scaling many pages

Instapage says Global Blocks can be used across hundreds or thousands of pages and updated in one click, and it adds AMP support. Unbounce's Build plan gives unlimited pages, though its feature list does not mention a shared-block mechanism. For an agency running page after page, Instapage has the stronger stated answer.

03

When neither fits

If you want a lower entry cost than Unbounce's $29 Starter, or a builder that is not centred on paid ads, look at Landingi or Leadpages instead.
