SISTRIX vs Serpstat

SISTRIX and Serpstat both sell monthly SEO subscriptions, but they limit you in different ways. SISTRIX publishes four euro packages that you can cancel monthly, and it restricts projects, users and years of history. Serpstat publishes four dollar plans that restrict daily searches and monthly position checks. One states that its data stays inside Europe from a base in Bonn, whereas the other is run by a Delaware corporation with a Bulgarian representative for the EU. Pick by which meter will actually bind you.

Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.

Where they differ

SISTRIX 4 · Serpstat 1 · open 1
  1. 01

A wrong pick costs one month

SISTRIX lists START, PLUS, PROFESSIONAL and PREMIUM, all billed monthly and cancelable monthly, with a free 14-day trial on every package. If the first package is the wrong size, you leave after a single bill. Serpstat offers monthly plans too, plus an annual option that saves up to 27 percent, which pushes buyers toward a longer commitment. SISTRIX has the more relaxed exit.

  2. 02

    Euro packages against dollar plans

SISTRIX charges 119, 239, 419 and 799 euros per month across its four packages. Serpstat charges 50 dollars for Individual, 100 for Team, 169 for Team x2 and 410 for Agency. The currencies differ, so a straight conversion is not made here, but the entry point is plainly lower at Serpstat and its top plan costs about half the SISTRIX top package in plain figures. Serpstat wins on sticker price.

    Edge: Serpstat

  3. 03

Projects and seats against daily searches

SISTRIX grows by project count: 3 on START, 15 on PLUS, 40 on PROFESSIONAL and 100 on PREMIUM, with additional accounts at 24.90 euros per month from PLUS. Serpstat grows by meters: 100, 500, 1,000 and 5,000 daily searches, and 10,000 up to 500,000 position checks. Its Team plan lists 3 users, Team x2 lists 6, and Agency lists 30. These limits suit different habits, so we call it level.

    Depends on the buyer

  4. 04

Years of data you can look back on

SISTRIX limits history to 3 years on START and 5 years on PLUS, and gives the full 11 years on PROFESSIONAL and PREMIUM. A team that studies long traffic swings must move off the cheapest packages. Nothing in our Serpstat notes states a history limit, so no comparison can be drawn on that point. The clear information favors SISTRIX, which is open about the catch.

    Edge: SISTRIX

  5. 05

Trial length and the card check

SISTRIX gives a free 14-day trial for all packages. Serpstat gives a 7-day trial on some plans, takes a 1 dollar verification charge that is refunded, and the page says the trial needs card verification and auto-renews. There is no permanent free plan at Serpstat. Half the time and an automatic renewal make the Serpstat trial the more demanding one for a cautious buyer.

    Edge: SISTRIX

  6. 06

Bonn and Delaware on the paperwork

The SISTRIX homepage says it is based in Germany with all data held exclusively within Europe, and its imprint names SISTRIX GmbH in Bonn. Serpstat lists the United States, and its privacy policy names Promotions and Development Group Corporation in Wilmington, Delaware, with Netpeak Group Ltd. in Sofia as EU representative. The Serpstat homepage footer shows no address or owner. SISTRIX gives the plainer answer.

    Edge: SISTRIX

When neither fits

If you want a crawler you run on your own machine, Screaming Frog fits better than either. If you need a broader suite with a large link index, Ahrefs is the other tool to price up.

SISTRIX or Serpstat: questions

3 answers
Can I leave SISTRIX after thirty days if the START package is too small?

Yes, the pricing page says packages are billed monthly and cancelable monthly. A free 14-day trial comes first. Extra projects, API credits and exports are paid add-ons, so check those before you commit.

What does Serpstat do when a daily search limit is reached?

Our notes give the daily limits but never describe what happens at the cap. Individual allows 100 a day, Team 500, Team x2 1,000 and Agency 5,000. Plan size is the only lever we can see.

Is Serpstat free after the 7-day trial?

No, the pricing page shows no permanent free plan. The trial needs card verification with a 1 dollar charge that is refunded, and it auto-renews. Cancel before the week ends if you do not want to continue.
