Calendly vs YouCanBookMe

Both are personal booking links with a free tier. Calendly lists Standard at 10 dollars a seat and puts round robin, routing forms and Salesforce updates on Teams. YouCanBookMe lists solo plans from 9 dollars and Team at 18 dollars a member, with page styling from the first paid tier. Sales teams choose Calendly; small teams choose YouCanBookMe.

Vendors can pay for visibility on this site; it never changes what we say about a product. How that works.

Where they differ

  1. 01

    What each plan costs

Calendly lists Standard at 10 dollars per seat a month and Teams at 16 dollars, with savings of 17 and 20 percent for yearly billing. YouCanBookMe lists Individual at 9 dollars, Professional at 13 dollars and Team at 18 dollars per member on monthly billing, with 10 percent off annually and 20 percent off on a two-year term. The cheaper one depends on which tier you need.

    Depends on the buyer

  2. 02

    Routing bookings across a team

Calendly puts round robin, team scheduling, routing forms and lead qualification on its Teams plan, and adds Salesforce lookup routing on Enterprise. YouCanBookMe's Team plan covers round robin, member management and role-based access, and asks teams of 50 or more to contact sales. If requests must be routed by form answers, Calendly describes more machinery for it.

    Edge: Calendly

  3. 03

Making the booking page your own

YouCanBookMe opens custom colours and backgrounds, three availability layouts and password protection on its Individual plan, and lets even free users edit emails and SMS; removing its branding requires the Team plan. Calendly's pricing page lists colour customisation and branding removal among paid features. For a solo user who wants a styled page cheaply, YouCanBookMe gives more at the first tier.

    Edge: YouCanBookMe

  4. 04

    CRM integration

Calendly lists HubSpot and Mailchimp on Standard, Salesforce updates plus Marketo and Pardot on Teams, and Microsoft Dynamics on Enterprise. YouCanBookMe lists HubSpot and Zapier from its Professional plan and unlimited API access on Team. A sales process built on Salesforce or Dynamics has a named, native route with Calendly; a HubSpot shop is served by both.

    Edge: Calendly

  5. 05

    What the free plan allows

Calendly's free plan covers one event type and one calendar connection for one-to-one meetings. YouCanBookMe's free plan covers one booking page and one calendar, and includes editable emails, up to seven form questions and Stripe payments, with its branding on the page. Calendly lists Stripe and PayPal payments from Standard, so taking payment for free is a YouCanBookMe advantage.

    Edge: YouCanBookMe

When neither fits

Neither has a resource model. If you are booking rooms, courts or equipment, SuperSaaS is built for that and priced on appointment volume; brands booking advisers across branches and time zones need something like Appointedd.
