Lemlist vs Apollo.io
Lemlist is a French multichannel sequencer with published tiers and no free plan, only a trial. Apollo.io is a US workspace that puts a contact database, dialer and sequencing in one place, with a free plan that has no time limit. The choice is between paying for sending and channels, or starting free and paying for credits and data.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
you want email, LinkedIn and calling sequences from a vendor under French law, with unlimited users from the first tier.
you would rather begin with no subscription and need contact data and a dialer in the same workspace as your sequences.

Starting free
Apollo's pricing FAQ lists Free, Basic, Professional and Custom, and says the Starter plan stays free with no time limit after the trial. Lemlist offers a free trial on its Email and Multichannel plans, then charges. For a team that wants to run real sequences at zero cost for months, Apollo alone allows that.

Channels beyond email
Lemlist's Multichannel plan adds LinkedIn, SMS and a call dialer, with WhatsApp as an add-on. Apollo's navigation lists sequencing, a Parallel Dialer, waterfall enrichment and a Chrome extension. Lemlist names more outreach channels on its pricing page, so it wins on breadth of touchpoints.

How limits and credits work
Lemlist's Email plan allows unlimited users and senders and 50,000 emails a month, though enrichment and buying intent are paid add-ons. Apollo credits cover emails, phone numbers and warmup, reset each billing cycle and never roll over, purchased add-ons included. Lemlist is easier to forecast.
