Keeper vs Dashlane
Keeper sells a tiered business ladder that runs from a small-team plan up to privileged access management, while Dashlane's business pitch centres on credential risk detection and phishing signals. Neither pricing page we read shows a number, so cost has to come from a sales conversation or a trial. Each sits under the United States in our data.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
you need privileged access, session control or secrets tooling next to the password vault, or you want a plan sized for a team of 5 to 10 people.
you want credential risk findings pushed into Microsoft Sentinel and phishing detection tied to KnowBe4 training, and you are happy to start with a 14-day trial.

Trial and free options
Keeper has no free tier, but offers a free trial on the business plans and includes a Free Family Plan for every user, up to 5 family members. Dashlane lists a 14-day trial on Omnix Password Management and no permanent free plan on its business page. Keeper's family perk gives it the edge here.

- 03
Beyond the vault
Keeper lists KeeperPAM with just-in-time access, elevation, session control and audit trails, plus Secrets Manager and Endpoint Privilege Manager. KeeperAI can end high-risk sessions automatically. Dashlane stays closer to the employee vault, role-based sharing and credential risk detection. If privileged access matters, Keeper covers more ground.

Risk signals and phishing
Dashlane sends credential risk detection into Microsoft Sentinel and uses in-browser AI phishing detection that can trigger KnowBe4 training. Its Omnix AI Advisor, which turns browser telemetry into next steps, is described as beta. Keeper offers SSO Connect and Microsoft Entra ID integration instead. For security awareness workflows, Dashlane is the more direct fit.

When neither fits
If you want self-hosting, or a vendor whose hosting location is stated, neither page we read settles it: Keeper's Self-Managed product is not described, and Dashlane does not state where it hosts. Look at Bitwarden or Passbolt.
