DSers vs Zendrop
DSers lists AliExpress as its one sourcing platform and Shopify as its one selling channel, then charges by store and product ceilings, from a free Basic plan up to Enterprise at $499.90 a month. Zendrop lists US 3PL warehousing and fulfilment, a US products catalogue and a $0 Free plan, with Plus at $79 a month and Pro at $49 a month. DSers publishes a legal address in Hong Kong, while Zendrop says it is US-based and names no entity. Zendrop gates automated fulfilment behind a paid plan, while DSers limits stores and coupon orders.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
you sell on Shopify, source from AliExpress and want to pay nothing until you outgrow 3 stores and 3,000 store products. You also want a ladder of paid tiers that raises store counts to 10, 25 or 50 as you scale.
you want a US product catalogue and US 3PL warehousing behind your Shopify store, with $100 in order credits to start. You also accept that automated fulfilment only arrives once you pay for Plus or Pro.

Where they differ
DSers 3 · Zendrop 1 · open 2- 01
AliExpress link against a US warehouse network
DSers states Shopify as its selling channel and AliExpress as its sourcing platform, with multi-supplier sourcing and bulk order processing on top. Zendrop's home page lists US 3PL warehousing and fulfilment, product discovery and Shopify integration, and its Free plan includes a US products catalogue. Zendrop's site gives no warehouse count or locations. For sellers who care which supply chain the parcel travels through, the two answers differ clearly, so this round is a tie.
Depends on the buyer
- 02
Product ceilings on the free plans
DSers Basic costs nothing and allows 3,000 store products, 3,000 supplier products, 500 imports a day and up to 3 stores. Zendrop's Free plan lists $100 in order credits, unlimited orders, custom branding, print on demand, private product listings, a request-a-product feature and access to over a million products, yet we saw no store or product cap listed for it. DSers states its ceilings in numbers you can plan around, which is why it takes this round.

Plan names and what each step costs
DSers runs four steps: Basic free, Advanced $19.90 a month, Pro $49.90 a month and Enterprise $499.90 a month, with a yearly toggle labelled 20% off but no yearly prices shown. Zendrop runs Free at $0, Plus at $79 a month ($549 a year) and Pro at $49 a month ($399 a year). Both pages use a $ sign with no currency code. Zendrop prices Plus above Pro, which is unusual, so read the feature lists before choosing between those two tiers.
Depends on the buyer
- 04
Where automated fulfilment starts
Zendrop's pricing page lists automated fulfilment in Plus and Pro but not in Free, so the free tier suits building a store rather than running orders at scale. DSers describes bulk order processing as a stated feature and lifts bulk orders to unlimited only on Enterprise. Its Basic plan has no coupon-based ordering, Advanced allows 10 coupon orders a month, and Pro allows 20. Each vendor gates automation somewhere, but Zendrop's gate sits earlier and is easier to hit.
Edge: DSers
- 05
Trials, credits and AI extras
DSers states a 14-day free trial on each of Advanced, Pro and Enterprise, and sells AI optimisations as add-ons on Advanced, with 50 a month included in Pro and 200 in Enterprise. Zendrop names no trial, because its Free plan takes that role, and lists AI-built stores, an AI ad generator, weekly live coaching calls and an MCP server. Zendrop packs more extras into the free tier, so it gets this round, though DSers' trial lets you test paid tiers.

Who stands behind the service
DSers' terms name DSers, LLC Nebulapart Ltd at a Hong Kong address on Des Voeux Road Central and say Hong Kong law governs them, though no parent or owner is named. Zendrop's FAQ says it is a US-based company, yet the footer shows only a copyright notice, with no legal entity, address or owner. Neither page states a hosting model beyond Zendrop's hosted accounts at account.zendrop.com. A buyer needing procurement paperwork finds more to work with at DSers.
Edge: DSers
When neither fits
If neither supplier model suits you, Spocket is a sensible third tool to compare against both. Dropified is another dropshipping option worth checking if you want a different mix of storefronts and sources.
DSers or Zendrop: questions
3 answersI sell on Shopify only, which of these lets me run it free for longest?
DSers Basic is free, with up to 3 stores and 3,000 store products, and no trial period applies because it is the free tier.
Zendrop's Free plan also costs $0 but has no automated fulfilment, which sits in Plus and Pro. For a store that processes real orders, DSers Basic is the more usable free option in this comparison.
Will I need to upgrade once I pass a few stores?
On DSers, yes, once you want more than 3 stores: Advanced allows 10 stores at $19.90 a month, Pro allows 25 at $49.90, and Enterprise allows 50 at $499.90.
Zendrop's pricing page lists no store limit per plan. Its upgrade trigger is automated fulfilment, which needs Plus at $79 a month or Pro at $49 a month.
Does it matter that Zendrop prices Plus above Pro?
It means the higher monthly price does not buy a higher tier on its pricing page, since Plus is $79 a month and Pro is $49.
Yearly it is $549 for Plus against $399 for Pro. Compare the two feature lists line by line before paying, because automated fulfilment appears in both.
