SAP Concur alternatives: 13 expense management tools compared
Companies look for SAP Concur alternatives when they want to know the price before a sales call, when they find themselves buying a suite of travel, expense and invoice products to get one expense workflow, or when they would rather have corporate cards and reimbursements in the same tool. They move to card-first spend platforms or to lighter expense tools with published per-user prices.
Short answer: The closest replacements for SAP Concur in our expense management ranking are Ramp, Brex and Navan. Choose Ramp if you want a free card and expense tool and will use Ramp's cards. All 13 alternatives below are ranked products from Best Expense Management Software in 2026, and each says where it differs from SAP Concur.

01
Why buyers look past SAP Concur
01
The price sits behind a request
SAP Concur's site offers 'Request pricing' and 'Request a quote' and publishes no plan prices. That is normal for enterprise software, but it means a finance lead cannot compare Concur with a per-user tool before involving sales. Alternatives such as Pleo (from 8 pounds per user per month), Ramp (a free plan), Brex ($0 and $12 per user per month) and Zoho Expense (a free plan for up to three users) publish theirs.
02
Many products, several of them separate
Concur's product menu splits the offer into expense products (Concur Expense, Budget, Detect, Request, Verify and others), travel products, invoice products and data products, and lists support offerings named Advanced Care, Essential Care and Select Care. A team that needs only expense reports has to work out which parts it needs and which support tier goes with them.
03
Cards and reports live in different tools
Concur's expense pages describe receipt scanning, card-transaction matching, policy checks and approvals, with 'Bank Card Feeds' as a product. Spend platforms such as Ramp, Brex, Pleo, Spendesk and Moss issue the cards themselves and attach receipts and approvals to each purchase, which reduces the matching work.

Navan, formerly TripActions, is travel-first. Its Business plan is free for companies up to 300 employees for travel, and Navan Expense is free for the first five expensing users, then $15 per user per month. Companies above 300 employees are sent to a demo. Navan is closest to Concur where travel and expense are bought together.
Switch from SAP Concur if you book business travel and expenses together and want to drop the Concur suite.
United States · Collect $5 per member per month, Control $18 to $36, published; free Submit plan for individual employees only
Expensify, run by Expensify, Inc., is an expense-report tool with its own Visa commercial card issued by The Bancorp Bank in the United States and by Transact Payments for European and UK residents. Its pricing page loads client-side, so we state no figures. Its pages centre on expense reporting rather than a wider procurement or payables suite.
Switch from SAP Concur if your main need is employees submitting reports quickly from a phone.
India · Free plan; paid plans per user per month, published
Zoho Expense has a free plan limited to three users, with receipt scanning, expense reports, mileage via GPS and accounting integrations. Paid plans are priced per user per month. It targets small firms and sits inside the Zoho product family, and its pages describe card feeds rather than card issuing.
Switch from SAP Concur if a firm of up to a few dozen people wants low-cost reports, possibly alongside other Zoho tools.
Pleo prices per user per month and publishes it: Start at 8 pounds (monthly billing, one admin), Build at 14 and Optimise at 18 (billed yearly, three-user minimum). Start has one vendor card, Build 15, Optimise 50. Credit limits depend on eligibility. It is for teams of up to roughly 1,000.
Switch from SAP Concur if you want company cards with per-user pricing you can read online.
Spendesk charges a fixed monthly platform fee with unlimited users plus a variable fee per transaction (card purchases, invoice payments and expense claims). Physical cards cost nothing to order. Add-ons such as procurement, accounts payable and multi-entity management are chosen separately, and you request a quote.
Switch from SAP Concur if your spend is card-heavy and you want to pay by transaction volume.
United Kingdom · Modular and quoted: platform fee plus per-card, invoice and reimbursement units; small-business Growth programme £149 a month, published
Payhawk sells modular packages that you combine (for example Cards and Expenses with Invoice Payments), with no limit on add-ons and no implementation fee. A Growth programme offers 149 euros a month for 24 months to businesses under ten staff registered in the EEA or UK and Ireland. Otherwise pricing is by quotation.
Switch from SAP Concur if a small European company wants a bundled card, expense and invoice package.
Germany · Free plan for up to 3 users; paid plans quoted as a platform fee plus a transaction-volume fee
Moss, whose cards are issued by Moss GmbH and regulated in Germany, builds its offer from modules: corporate cards, employee reimbursements and accounts payable, with add-ons for controlling, procurement and ERP links. Users and cards are unlimited, and you can start free with Cards or Accounts Payable. Paid plans are tailored.
Switch from SAP Concur if a German or wider European firm wants modules it can add one at a time.
France · Quoted per organisation; €10 per card issued
Mooncard, based in Paris, combines payment cards, expense management, an accounting engine and e-invoicing, with strict spending ceilings per profile and multi-entity views. Its site is in French and its pricing page was not available to us, so we state no prices.
Switch from SAP Concur if you are a French company wanting cards, expenses and accounting entries in one tool.
United Kingdom · Plan fee from £27 a month with three cards and users included, published; card issuance and other e-money fees on top; Unlimited quoted
Soldo publishes plans: Standard at 27 pounds a month plus VAT (one wallet, three users, three cards) and Plus at 39 pounds (three wallets), with Unlimited quoted. Card issuance and cash withdrawals incur separate fees. It suits very small teams and is priced per plan, not per user.
Switch from SAP Concur if a team of three or so wants company cards for a flat monthly fee.
Yokoy's address, yokoy.io, now redirects to perk.com, a platform for travel, spend and events headquartered in London. That page does not explain the link between the two, so we cannot confirm whether Yokoy is still sold on its own and say nothing about its pricing. Check with the vendor first.
Switch from SAP Concur if you are already talking to Yokoy or Perk and have confirmed the current product.
Emburse, Inc. is the nearest like-for-like to Concur: a travel and expense vendor covering expense, travel, accounts payable, cards, invoices and ACH payments, with analytics and audit products. We found no published prices on its pages. Expect a sales process similar to Concur's.
Switch from SAP Concur if you want another enterprise travel and expense suite to compare against Concur.
SAP Concur is the right choice when travel, expense and invoices have to run on one system across many countries and entities, and when the business already buys from SAP. Its range of products, from Concur Expense to Request, Travel and Invoice, covers more than a card-first tool does, and the vendor sells named support tiers. If your finance team already runs it without problems and the quote is acceptable, the lighter tools offer little you cannot already do. The switch pays off mainly where the quote is high compared with the published prices elsewhere.

What moving off SAP Concur involves
01
Check the cards before the reports
Card-first platforms such as Ramp, Pleo or Brex work best when employees use the vendor's own cards. If you stay with your bank's cards, look at how each tool imports card transactions, because the reconciliation benefit depends on the issuing relationship, not on the expense app.
02
Rebuild the policy and approval chain by hand
Approval rules, expense types and policy checks do not carry across vendors. Write down the current rules, remove the ones nobody enforces, and rebuild the rest in the new tool's own rule editor. Test with one team that files reports weekly before moving the company.
03
Close the old period in the old system
Finish and reimburse open reports in Concur and give employees a cut-off date, so no one has half a trip in each system. Keep read access long enough for audit and tax queries on past years, and confirm what export you can take before the contract ends.

Questions about replacing SAP Concur
5 answers
What is the best alternative to SAP Concur?
For a card-led spend platform, Ramp, Brex, Pleo or Spendesk. For travel and expense in one product, Navan. For the same kind of enterprise suite, Emburse. For a small firm wanting a cheap report tool, Zoho Expense.
Is there a free alternative to SAP Concur?
Ramp has a Free plan at $0 per user per month, Brex lists Essentials at $0, Zoho Expense has a free plan for up to three users, Navan's expense product is free for the first five expensing users, and Moss lets you start free with Cards or Accounts Payable.
Card fees and limits vary.
Does SAP Concur publish its pricing?
Not on the pages we read. The site offers 'Request pricing' and a quote request, so the figure depends on products, users and support tier. Ask for a written quote that lists each Concur product and the Care support level separately.
Which alternative suits European companies?
Pleo, Spendesk, Payhawk, Moss and Mooncard are all card-and-expense platforms with euro or sterling pricing. Their country, regulation and data location differ, so check where cards are issued and which accounting systems they connect to.
Can I replace Concur's travel booking too?
Navan and Perk (the destination of the yokoy.io address) sell travel booking with expenses. Ramp lists travel and expense in its plans, and Brex lists travel booking as free on Essentials. We found no travel booking on the Pleo, Spendesk or Moss pages we read.
