Ordoro alternatives: 11 order management tools compared
Sellers leave Ordoro for three common reasons: they sell to European customers and need marketplaces and carriers that its integration list does not name, they have outgrown the 1,000-order allowance that its inventory and dropship plans include, or they want one system instead of three separately priced modules. The list below runs from small self-serve tools to enterprise routing engines.
Short answer: Picqer, Billbee and JTL-Wawi head the list of Ordoro alternatives drawn from our order management ranking. Smaller vendors fill the top three places where the category offers them, and the household names start at place 4. Picqer is the one to try if you ship from your own warehouse in the Benelux and want picking in the same tool. Every one of the 11 products below comes from Best Order Management System in 2026, with a note on how it departs from Ordoro.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
Pricing: Monthly plans per module, published; free shipping tier
Established in: United States
Built for: American sellers combining their own stock with orders shipped by suppliers
Not for: European sellers needing Bol, OTTO or Zalando connections

Why buyers look past Ordoro
01
Three modules, three price lists
Ordoro sells Shipping, Inventory and Dropshipping separately. Shipping runs from a free Essential tier through Advanced at $59 a month to Premium at $149, while Inventory starts at $349 and Dropshipping at $299. A seller who needs labels, stock and supplier routing together pays for each module, and bundles are quoted by sales.
02
Order allowances and overage charges
Inventory plans include 1,000 orders a month and each further 1,000 costs $100. Dropshipping includes 1,000 dropshipments with the same $100 step. Shipping Advanced covers 3,000 labels, then $30 per extra 1,000. Growth therefore changes the bill in steps that are easy to underestimate.
03
The channel list is American in tone
Ordoro's partner page names Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify and BigCommerce among its channels. It does not name Bol, Zalando, Otto or Cdiscount, and it gives no statement on VAT or currencies. Carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, GLS and Deutsche Post appear only as reached through Shippo.

Picqer
Netherlands · Published
Picqer is a Dutch product where the order screen and the warehouse pick sit together, with a scanner workflow and allocation included. It lists published monthly pricing, EEA hosting and direct support. Coverage is tuned to the Netherlands and Belgium, and purchasing is basic compared with a full ERP, so check carriers outside Benelux.
Switch from Ordoro if you ship from your own warehouse in the Benelux and want picking in the same tool.
Billbee is German, hosted in Germany, and prices by order volume on a public page. A trial is available, and a seller connected to three marketplaces can go live over a weekend without a consultant. The catch is a dense interface and simple multi-warehouse allocation, which becomes tight beyond a few thousand orders a month.
Switch from Ordoro if you are a small seller who wants to set everything up alone, with German hosting.
JTL-Wawi offers a free JTL Start edition, and its local version can run on your own Windows machine. Paid editions begin at 119 euros a month, or 99 on annual terms, with order packages on top. A shop system, a WMS module and a large German partner network come with it, but the documentation assumes German.
Switch from Ordoro if you want to run order software on your own Windows hardware at first.
Pipe17 started as integration plumbing between storefronts, ERP and warehouses and now calls itself an order management system. A routing engine picks the warehouse and failed messages are flagged. It can hold the master inventory count or leave it to your ERP. Subscriptions depend on order volume and flows, plus a one-off configuration fee.
Switch from Ordoro if you already own an ERP and warehouse systems and need the orders routed between them.
PlentyONE, formerly plentymarkets, covers order routing, stock across warehouses, marketplace listings and its own webshop from one German-hosted system. Plans are published and based on channels and sales volume. It is settings-heavy, so the first ninety days take more hours than lighter tools, and many sellers bring in an agency.
Switch from Ordoro if you sell on German-speaking marketplaces and want webshop and ERP in one system.
Xentral joins orders, stock, purchasing and the handover to accounting for direct-to-consumer brands. Monthly plans start at 99 euros, scale with revenue and order volume, and include unlimited users. Configuration is heavier than the marketing suggests and most customers use an implementation partner, so ask whether your channel connector is first-party.
Switch from Ordoro if a German consumer brand has outgrown spreadsheets and wants accounting links.
Extensiv Order Management, the product once called Skubana, pulls orders from storefronts and marketplaces, routes them across your warehouses and third-party logistics providers, and adds purchasing and margin reports. It is a system of record for brands shipping from several locations. Price is quoted per organisation, onboarding takes weeks, and European coverage is thin.
Switch from Ordoro if you are an American brand shipping from several warehouses and 3PLs.
Veeqo is owned by Amazon and gives away shipping, paying for it from a commission on labels. Stock sync, picking and listings begin at $19 a month by order volume. The data stays inside Veeqo according to its own statement, but discounted rates steer you to particular carriers and the owner is also a marketplace you may compete on.
Switch from Ordoro if label cost matters most and you accept an Amazon-owned vendor.
Descartes Sellercloud, part of Descartes since 2024, handles kits, bundles, repricing rules and many marketplaces in one configurable place. An annual subscription starts from $1,349 a month with price rising by order volume and add-ons. Onboarding is long and the interface exposes every setting, while European marketplace and carrier coverage lags.
Switch from Ordoro if you hold thousands of SKUs with kits and bundles and can afford a long onboarding.
Rithum combines ChannelAdvisor's marketplace software with CommerceHub's dropship network, so one connection reaches large American retailers that send dropship orders. Order management that routes across warehouses, FBA and WFS has been added. Pricing is quoted, and it usually sits in front of an ERP rather than replacing it.
Switch from Ordoro if you dropship for big US retailers and also list on marketplaces.
ChannelEngine is a marketplace connection layer for European brands, with listing, pricing and order flow for Bol, Zalando and Amazon's national sites. It does not allocate stock across your warehouses and expects an ERP behind it. The price has an onboarding fee, a licence by marketplace GMV and SKUs, and a success fee on GMV growth.
Switch from Ordoro if your main need is selling on European marketplaces and you have an ERP already.

When Ordoro is still the right choice
Ordoro stays a good fit for a small American seller who ships from one or two places and wants prices on the page. The free Essential shipping tier covers 100 labels a month, a 15-day trial needs no credit card, and Advanced shipping at $59 adds automation rules and batch processing. If dropshipping with supplier purchase orders is your core need, the Dropshipping module is built around it.
05
What moving off Ordoro involves
01
Supplier and product data need a clean export
Dropship routing depends on which products belong to which supplier and on the rules that send them. Export suppliers, SKUs and automation presets before cancelling, then rebuild the routing in the new system and run a handful of test orders through it before pointing live channels at it.
02
Carrier accounts and label history
Ordoro's Premium shipping plan lets you use your own carrier accounts, and Essential uses its discounted rates. Check that your new tool can connect the same accounts, and keep tracking numbers for open parcels so customer enquiries are still answerable during the cutover.
03
Channel reconnection and stock counts
Each marketplace and cart connection must be authorised again. Pause stock sync on the old system first, count stock once, and load that number into the new one, so that two systems do not push different quantities to the same listing.

Questions about replacing Ordoro
6 answers
Does Ordoro have a free plan?
Shipping has a free Essential tier with 100 labels a month, one sales channel, one ship-from location and one user. Going over 100 labels locks the account until you upgrade or the next billing cycle. Inventory and Dropshipping list no free tier.
How much do Ordoro's inventory and dropship plans cost?
Inventory is $349 a month for Advanced and $499 for Premium, each with 1,000 orders and $100 per extra 1,000. Dropshipping Advanced is $299 with 1,000 dropshipments, and Premium is on request.
Which alternative suits a European seller?
Picqer, Billbee, JTL-Wawi, PlentyONE and Xentral are all German or Dutch products with European hosting statements in our records. ChannelEngine adds European marketplace coverage but needs an ERP behind it.
Is there a cheaper way to get shipping labels?
Veeqo's shipping plan is free, paid by a commission on labels, and its inventory plans start at $19 a month. Ordoro's own Essential tier is free up to 100 labels. Compare label volume against each limit.
Can I replace Ordoro's dropshipping module?
Rithum connects to a retailer dropship network, and Pipe17 routes orders between systems you already run. Neither is a like-for-like copy, so map which Ordoro supplier rules you actually use before you choose.
Does Ordoro list European marketplaces?
Its partner page names Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and Mirakl among marketplaces, but not Bol, Zalando, Otto or Cdiscount. Ask the vendor about any channel you depend on.
