Teams look at alternatives to Kyriba when they cannot see a price before a demo, when a five-area suite is more than a cash and payments job needs, or when they prefer a European, modular or fixed-price vendor. The list below runs from small independent vendors to the large suites.
Short answer: Looking for a replacement for Kyriba? Salmon Software, Atlar and Embat come first in our treasury management software ranking. Smaller vendors fill the top three places where the category offers them, and the household names start at place 4. Start with Salmon Software if you want an on-premise or Azure choice and a vendor small enough to talk to directly. Each of the 11 alternatives sits in Best Treasury Management Software in 2026 and is described against Kyriba.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
Built for: Group treasury departments needing payments, risk and debt in one
Not for: Companies without a treasury function that only need a cash forecast

Why buyers look past Kyriba
01
No price or trial is visible before a sales call
When we requested kyriba.com/pricing the page returned a 404, and the pages we read show no tiers, rates or free trial, only Get a demo buttons. The midsize page says pricing options depend on the banking footprint. A finance team that has to compare vendors by budget cannot do so until it has sat through at least one call.
02
Five product areas make scoping a task of its own
The product menu lists Treasury, Risk Management, Payments, Connectivity and Working Capital, plus a separate Trusted AI offer called TAI. Kyriba Essentials for Mid-Market includes only Cash Management and Forecasting, Treasury Payments and Controls and TAI. A buyer needs to decide which areas it needs now and which it must ask about, before the first conversation.
03
The mid-market offer sits on an enterprise platform
The midsize page says traditional enterprise TMS products bring lengthy implementations, high setup fees and heavy consulting, and presents Essentials with packaged startup services at a fixed fee and scope. The page does not say what that fee covers or what happens outside the scope. Ask for both in writing, and compare with vendors that state an all-in price.

Salmon Software
Ireland · On request
Salmon Software is a Dublin vendor that lets the buyer pick between installing on its own servers and using its Azure cloud, a choice a SaaS-only suite does not offer. Support sits inside the licence fee. Roadmap items such as AI automation, advanced forecasting, intercompany netting and a payment factory are shown as future phases, so confirm what is live.
Switch from Kyriba if you want an on-premise or Azure choice and a vendor small enough to talk to directly.
Atlar, from Stockholm, sells four plans from Connect to Enterprise, each quoted individually. The two lower plans are configured by the customer from documentation; Professional adds an Atlar-led implementation with a named delivery manager. The vendor says it reaches 100+ banks, far below the 10,000 Kyriba cites, and it has opened a New York headquarters. Scheduled AI agents sit on live bank and ERP links.
Switch from Kyriba if your banks are among its 100+ and you prefer a plan you configure yourself.
Embat, based in Madrid, lets a buyer tick modules on its plans page, nine in all, from bank connectivity to approval flows, and sends a personalised proposal afterwards. Links to Stripe, Adyen and PayPal help companies whose cash arrives through payment processors. Its product menu also covers bank and PSP reconciliation and debt management. No tiers, prices or trial are shown.
Switch from Kyriba if you collect through payment processors and want reconciliation next to cash positioning.
Nomentia from Espoo splits its Smart Treasury Suite into connect, pay, view, manage and optimise blocks, with cash application as a neighbouring product. A team can begin with bank connectivity and a payments hub, then add debt, investments and derivatives later. It claims 10,000-plus bank connections, level with Kyriba. Each block is scoped separately and the site prints no prices.
Switch from Kyriba if you want to buy connectivity and payments first and treasury risk in a second step.
TreasuryCube, built in Houston, states that all modules, unlimited users and implementation are covered by one fixed contract price. The scope runs from cash position and forecasting to in-house banking, netting, debt and investments. Derivatives and hedging still carried a Q1 2026 label when we read the site. The amount appears only in a proposal after a demo.
Switch from Kyriba if a fixed price with unlimited users matters more than a published rate card.
TIS of Germany concentrates on two solution areas, a payments hub and cash visibility, backed by bank connectivity to 11,000-plus banks and a SAP add-on. Intelligence and AI features are listed on the same menu. Debt, investment and derivative management are not named as solutions, so a team that books hedges would need a second system. Pricing follows a demo request.
Switch from Kyriba if moving payments and collecting bank statements is the real pain, not hedge accounting.
Trovata prints an entry price for a base package of one bank, 100 accounts and 10 users, which no other tool here does. Its vendor-managed bank onboarding takes a few weeks. Capital markets, hedging derivatives and a sub-ledger belong to a separate TMS tier that is quoted. The product is API-first, with a developer portal and a stablecoin page.
Switch from Kyriba if you want a stated starting price and mainly need cash visibility across banks.
Serrala sells Treasury SAP Embedded, which runs inside S/4HANA in public cloud, private cloud or installed form, or in ECC. The data stays in the SAP system instead of being copied out. Without SAP there is little to embed in, and the site shows no treasury price or trial, only a demo request.
Switch from Kyriba if your finance runs on SAP and you would rather keep treasury data inside it.
Ripple Treasury is the GTreasury platform under a new brand, now with stablecoin settlement rails. The vendor says liquidity management, cash forecasting and netting can go live in 90 days and that 300-plus bank connectors are prebuilt. Its newest pages stress autonomous AI agents. After the rebrand, ask how roadmap and contract terms are affected. No price is shown.
Switch from Kyriba if a 90-day go-live for cash and forecasting is the target and digital rails are within policy.
HighRadius offers treasury as Treasury and Risk, one suite beside order to cash, payables and close. Cash management, forecasting and treasury payments are named. The vendor describes outcome-based pricing with zero implementation fees and no fees before go-live, but leaves the gain-share percentage blank. No debt, derivative or hedge accounting modules are named.
Switch from Kyriba if you already run HighRadius for receivables and want forecasting from the same vendor.
ION Treasury is one name over five products: Reval, Wallstreet Suite, IT2, Openlink and City Financials. Reval is multi-tenant SaaS with a typical implementation of three to six months, while Wallstreet Suite is aimed at the largest organisations. The buyer first has to decide which product matches, and no prices are listed. A Dublin entity appears in its privacy notice.
Switch from Kyriba if your treasury has trading, derivatives and hedge accounting needs on the scale Kyriba itself serves.
Kyriba remains the safer choice when a treasury function is large and multi-country and needs breadth in one platform. Its connectivity page lists 10,000+ banks, pre-built links to SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday, and says 28% of Swift corporate BICs are managed by Kyriba. The about page cites 4,000 customers, and its trust centre lists ISO 27001, SOC 1, 2 and 3 Type II, TISAX and hosting on Amazon Web Services. A smaller tool rarely matches that reach, so check your own banks before leaving.

What moving off Kyriba involves
01
Inventory the bank connections and payment formats
List every bank, country and payment format that runs through Kyriba, with its volume. The new vendor must support each one, and a gap in a local format can stop payments on the first day.
02
Ask for exports of forecasts, deal data and audit trails
Cash forecasts, positions, debt and investment records and approval history live in Kyriba. Agree before the contract ends which exports you will get, in which format, and who keeps the audit trail.
03
Run both systems in parallel for one month-end
Rebuild ERP connectors, approval workflows and user roles in the new tool, then run payments and cash positioning side by side for a full close before switching off Kyriba.

Questions about replacing Kyriba
6 answers
What is the best alternative to Kyriba as treasury management software?
Salmon Software ranks first in our list, followed by Atlar, Embat and Nomentia.
We put smaller independent vendors ahead of the large suites because they are easier to contact and to scope. Which one fits depends on your banks, your ERP and whether you need hedging.
How much does Kyriba cost?
We found no price on the pages we read. kyriba.com/pricing returned a 404, and the midsize page says only that pricing options depend on the banking footprint.
The same holds for most alternatives here. Trovata prints a base package price, and TreasuryCube states a fixed contract price without the amount.
Is there a Kyriba alternative for a mid-sized company?
Kyriba has its own Essentials for Mid-Market package. Alternatives worth a call are Embat, with modules you tick on its plans page, Atlar, whose lower plans you configure yourself, and Trovata, which prints a base package for one bank, 100 accounts and 10 users.
Which alternative to Kyriba works with SAP?
Serrala runs inside S/4HANA or ECC, so treasury data stays in the SAP system. TIS offers a SAP add-on for payments and bank statements. Kyriba lists pre-built connectors for SAP, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Workday.
Which Kyriba alternative covers as many banks?
Nomentia claims 10,000-plus bank connections and TIS lists 11,000-plus. Atlar says 100+ and Ripple Treasury 300-plus prebuilt connectors, so test those against the banks you actually use before comparing price.
Does a Kyriba alternative offer AI?
Atlar builds scheduled AI agents on its bank and ERP links, Ripple Treasury stresses autonomous AI agents, and Embat has an assistant called TellMe.
Kyriba offers TAI, its agentic AI. Ask each vendor what the AI is allowed to do without approval and whether it costs extra.
