TeamSnap alternatives: 10 sports club management tools compared
Teams and clubs usually start looking beyond TeamSnap when the free single-team start meets a club with many squads, when the quote-only club tier makes budgeting hard, or when the organisation wants a supplier whose location it can name. The replacements below split into small team apps, club suites with a published ladder, and league systems.
Short answer: Looking for a replacement for TeamSnap? Pitchero, TeamLinkt and Spond come first in our sports club management software ranking. Our rule for order: vendors outside the big brands go first, and the largest names are not placed in the top three. Start with Pitchero if you want a named company and a price you can read before talking to anyone. The 10 entries that follow are all ranked in Best Sports Club Management Software in 2026; each one explains what sets it apart from TeamSnap.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
Pricing: Free single-team start; club and league plans quoted per organisation
Established in: Not stated by the vendor
Built for: Coaches who start with one team and may later bring the club on
Not for: Organisations wanting to read a club price before talking to sales
01
Why buyers look past TeamSnap
01
A free start, then a quote
The pricing page shows Single Teams at $0 to start, with larger rosters and drills behind an upgrade whose price is not shown. Clubs and Leagues have no prices at all, only a prompt to chat or ask for a demo. A treasurer cannot compare that with a published monthly figure before a sales call.
02
The vendor is hard to place
The footer names TeamSnap, Inc. with copyright running from 2005 to 2026, and the About page gives no headquarters or country of establishment. For a European club handling children's names and parents' payment details, the missing location is a question worth putting to the supplier in writing.
03
A wide platform for a narrow need
The site lists registrations, rosters, schedules, communications, payments, practice plans, a parent app and live streaming, and a Falcon streaming camera appears on the homepage with no specification or price. A volunteer-run club that wants only fixtures and messages may be paying, in effort, for a lot of surface it will not use.

Paid plans start with a 30-day trial that needs no payment details.

Spond began as a free app and now has a Club version covering member groups, a website, courses and fundraising. Events can be single, repeating or planned by season, and payment requests cover fees, trips and uniforms. The pages we read show no price for Club and give no company name or country.
Switch from TeamSnap if your coaches and parents will only adopt something quick to join.
Heja is a team-level app. The free tier is ad supported and covers schedule, RSVPs, read receipts on messages and shared documents, with one admin. Team Pro starts from 8.33 dollars with the period unstated and adds payment tracking, attendance statistics and unlimited admins. Clubs wanting several teams are sent to sales.
Switch from TeamSnap if each team runs itself and only needs a calendar with replies.
Clubforce prices by module in euros, billed annually: Membership and Fundraising at 25 a month each, or both for 35. Its distinguishing work is fundraising through club lotto and 50/50 draws, with tap-to-pay for tickets. The homepage quotes more than 2,000 organisations. Its page offers a free demo call.
Switch from TeamSnap if lotto and draw income matters as much as membership fees.

SportLoMo gives its headquarters as Castlebar, County Mayo, in Ireland, and describes itself as a platform for federations, leagues and tournaments. Eligibility, approvals, vetting and safeguarding records sit beside registration, and Stripe Connect splits payments across the organisation. The pages we read name no plans or prices.
Switch from TeamSnap if you run a governing body that must track certification and split money between clubs.
Squadi is organised around competitions: fixtures, team nominations and scheduling for a single venue or a whole state. The footer reads World Sport Action.
Switch from TeamSnap if your league needs referee rostering and fixture generation.

When TeamSnap is still the right choice
TeamSnap is a reasonable place to stay if you coach one team and the free start does what you need. Its pages describe registration, payments, rosters and schedules on one platform, with practice plans, drills, chat and highlights for coaches and families. Moving a settled team means asking every parent to install something new, and that effort rarely pays back for a single squad.
05
What moving off TeamSnap involves
01
Rosters and contacts first
Export the roster and parent contacts before touching anything else, and check what each replacement imports. Every product above has its own way of grouping teams, so expect to rebuild some groupings by hand.
02
Do not strand registrations in progress
Open registrations and unpaid fees live in the current system. Close the season, collect the money there, then start the new term elsewhere, so no family pays twice or finds a refund stuck between two providers.
03
Tell parents once, early
Send one message through the old app announcing the new one, with the date the old calendar stops. Keep both running for a fortnight, then switch off the old one.

Questions about replacing TeamSnap
6 answers
Does TeamSnap publish its club prices?
Not on the page we read. Single Teams shows $0 to start, and Clubs and Leagues are routed to a chat or a demo with no figures shown.
Which alternative shows full prices?
Pitchero lists its plans in pounds, and Clubforce lists its modules in euros. TeamLinkt, Jersey Watch and SportsEngine publish fees too, though some of those are charged in dollars.
Is there a European club option?
Pitchero is registered in England, SportLoMo gives its headquarters in Ireland, and Clubforce lists its prices in euros without naming a country. Several others state no country at all on the pages we read.
Can a club avoid a monthly subscription?
TeamLinkt, LeagueApps and SportsEngine describe models without a recurring plan fee, where income comes from payment processing instead. Add up expected card volume first, because the percentage can exceed a flat plan.
What if each team only needs a calendar?
Heja and Spond start as free apps built for that. Paid features, such as admin limits and payment tracking at Heja, arrive on upgrade.
Who handles leagues and referees?
Squadi describes referee rostering by location, credentials and ranking, and SportLoMo targets federations and leagues. Both withhold prices on the pages we read.
