Procurify alternatives: 11 procurement tools compared

Procurify is a Canadian spend-management product that begins with a Purchasing base and adds Accounts Payable, Expense & Card, Guided Intake and Contracts as separately priced pieces. Teams look elsewhere when the quote becomes hard to compare, when they need a supplier tender rather than a purchase request, or when a European buyer wants to know exactly which region holds its records. Others simply want a price printed on a website before booking a demo. The options below cover published-price purchasing tools, European suites, sourcing specialists and ERP-attached approval layers.

Short answer: Smaller vendors fill the top three places where the category offers them, and the household names start at place 4. For Procurify users, the top three picks from our procurement ranking are Weproc, Lleverage and Market Dojo. Pick Weproc if you buy mostly in France and want a per-user price in euros. Every one of the 11 products below comes from Best Procurement Software in 2026, with a note on how it departs from Procurify.

Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.

Procurify

#3 of 16 in our procurement ranking

  • Pricing: Quoted per organisation; Purchasing base plus priced add-on products and add-ons
  • Established in: Canada
  • Built for: Growing companies that want budget checks before approvals, not after
  • Not for: European organisations with strict data residency or hosting requirements
01

Why buyers look past Procurify

  1. 01

    A quote built from modules

Procurify's pricing page publishes no plan names or prices. It describes a Purchasing base that every customer starts with, then Accounts Payable and Expense & Card as priced products and Guided Intake and Contracts as add-ons. Pricing rests on the number of Pro users, while Basic users are unlimited. A finance lead cannot compare two vendors until a quote arrives, and the total moves with each module added later.

  2. 02

    Data location is stated loosely

The security page says essential data is stored with commercial cloud providers and sends readers to a trust site for the subprocessor list. It reports SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 audits and says it supports GDPR, and it does not name a hosting region. Our category record notes storage in Canada and the United States. A buyer with a residency rule has questions to settle in writing.

  3. 03

Scope stops at buying and paying

The integrations page lists QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Dynamics 365 Business Central, plus PunchOut links to Amazon Business and Staples Advantage. Requests, budgets, approvals, bills, cards and contracts are covered. Running a competitive tender with supplier bids, auctions or award analysis is not described anywhere we read, so procurement teams that source as well as buy end up adding a second tool beside it.

What each one does differently

Weproc

France · Published

Weproc is a French requisition, approval and order tool that publishes per-user prices of 75, 60 or 50 euros ex VAT by user band, with quotes from 51 users. Hosting in France and ISO 27001 certification answer the residency question directly. Supplier RFQs sit in an optional module above the 14-user Starter plan, and its ledger connectors lean on French systems such as Sage, Cegid and Pennylane.

Switch from Procurify if you buy mostly in France and want a per-user price in euros.

Lleverage

Netherlands · On request

Lleverage B.V. in Amsterdam sells AI agents that work inside your existing ERP, charging one monthly fee per agent with no seats or usage bills, set after a demo. The procurement agent drafts purchase orders on contract terms, routes them for approval and reads supplier confirmations against the order. It is neither a sourcing suite nor a supplier portal, and no prices are published.

Switch from Procurify if your ERP stays and you want order drafting automated rather than a new platform.

Full verdict on Lleverage, which sits at number 16 of 16 for procurement →

Market Dojo

United Kingdom · Published

Market Dojo, based in Bristol, handles the sourcing work that Procurify leaves out: quotation requests, reverse auctions, supplier onboarding and contract records. Its eSourcing licence starts at 500 pounds a month on an annual term, or 1,000 pounds for one month or one event, and free plans cover up to 10 contracts and 3 supplier-management users. Orders and invoice matching come from another system.

Switch from Procurify if tendering and auctions are the gap and you want a monthly or single-event licence.

Tradogram

Canada · Published

Tradogram, a Canadian company like Procurify, covers purchase orders, supplier records, invoice matching, expenses and payments, with Essentials listed at 99 dollars a month and Premium and Scale quoted. Connectors for QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, Sage and Business Central are sold as an add-on. Requisitions, receiving, sourcing and contracts are paid extras on Essentials, so the entry price covers less than it first appears.

Switch from Procurify if a small team wants a printed starting price and can live with add-ons.

Precoro

United States · Published

Precoro, headquartered in New York with offices in London, Warsaw and Vilnius, lists Core from 499 dollars a month and Automation from 999 dollars, billed annually, with Enterprise quoted. It covers requisitions, approval routing, purchase orders and three-way matching, with a contract repository on every plan and supplier RFPs on Automation. EU data hosting is an Enterprise option, and sourcing events are absent.

Switch from Procurify if you want purchase-to-pay with prices on the website and setup measured in weeks.

Onventis

Germany · On request

Onventis, from Stuttgart, runs on Microsoft Azure inside the EU Data Boundary and pairs sourcing events and contracts with catalogues, orders and invoices for mid-sized European buyers. Pricing is quoted with modules priced separately, so the bill grows with the scope you switch on. Implementation goes through the vendor or a partner, and the interface is functional more than polished.

Switch from Procurify if a mid-sized European manufacturer needs sourcing and ordering together on EU hosting.

More on Onventis: ranked 4 of 16 in procurement →

Fraxion

United States · On request

Fraxion concentrates on the moment before money is committed, wiring policy checks, approval chains and budget enforcement into an ERP that stays in place. AP automation and expense management extend the process to payment. Its offices are in the United States and South Africa, pricing is quoted, and it has no sourcing capability, so it replaces Procurify's approval layer rather than widening it.

Switch from Procurify if the ERP is staying and you want approvals and budget limits enforced on top of it.

#8 out of 16 procurement products: read the Fraxion review →

Proactis

United Kingdom · On request

Proactis, a British source-to-pay suite, grew up serving public buyers, so tender notices, audit trails and the evidence regulated procurement must produce are native rather than configured. That heritage makes it broad, quoted per organisation and implemented over months. Private-sector teams comparing it with lighter tools will find it slower to stand up and harder to price.

Switch from Procurify if you are a public body or regulated buyer who must evidence every award.

Why Proactis is #7 among 16 procurement products →

Keelvar

Ireland · On request

Keelvar from Ireland is a sourcing tool for tenders where suppliers bid on combinations and the award becomes a mathematical problem, as in freight and packaging, with AI agents now automating routine sourcing events. It touches nothing after the award, so requisitions, orders and invoices stay where they are. Pricing is quoted and suits large sourcing teams.

Switch from Procurify if complex multi-lot tenders are your problem and purchasing already works.

#9 out of 16 procurement products: read the Keelvar review →

Zip

United States · On request

Zip, a United States company, started as an intake layer that sends any purchase request through legal, security, finance and procurement, then added purchase orders, invoice processing, contract orchestration, sourcing and payments. The ERP stays as the ledger. Pricing is quoted per organisation, and buyers using only the intake layer still pay for a tool sitting above systems that hold the orders.

Switch from Procurify if many departments raise requests and every one needs routing through several reviewers.

#12 out of 16 procurement products: read the Zip review →

Unimarket

New Zealand · On request

Unimarket, from New Zealand and now merged with the VendorPanel tendering platform, serves universities, councils and public bodies across New Zealand, Australia and North America. Requisitions, catalogues, orders and invoices are the core, with contracts, expenses and payments alongside, on an annual subscription quoted per organisation. European references are few and its offices sit far from European time zones.

Switch from Procurify if you run a university or council buying through punch-out catalogues.

Which alternative for which situation

  1. 01

You buy mostly in France and want the price per user published

Weproc: Hosting is in France with ISO 27001, and the bands are 75, 60 and 50 euros ex VAT per user per month.

  2. 02

You need to run tenders or reverse auctions, not only approve purchases

Market Dojo: eSourcing starts at 500 pounds a month annually, or 1,000 pounds for one month or one event.

  3. 03

You want the region of your records settled by an EU-hosted contract

Onventis: It runs on Microsoft Azure inside the EU Data Boundary, with modules priced separately.

  4. 04

Your ERP stays and you want orders drafted automatically inside it

Lleverage: One monthly fee per agent covers drafting orders on contract terms and reading supplier confirmations.

  5. 05

You want a printed price for requisitions and three-way matching

Precoro: Core starts at 499 dollars a month and Automation at 999 dollars, billed annually.

04

When Procurify is still the right choice

Procurify stays sensible when the requirement is control before spending: requests checked against budgets, approval routing, a mobile app, and cards, bills and expenses available from the same vendor. It lists unlimited Basic users who can request and receive, which suits companies where many people ask and few approve. Integrations with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage Intacct and Business Central, plus PunchOut to Amazon Business, are already built. If your pain is only price opacity, ask for a written quote first.

05

What moving off Procurify involves

  1. 01

Open purchase orders and approvals in flight

Decide a cutover date and let existing orders close in Procurify rather than re-keying them. Export the account codes, budgets and supplier list through the Platform API or a report first, and rebuild approval chains in the new tool before anyone is asked to use it.

  2. 02

    Accounting sync and card programmes

If you use the Expense & Card product, cards and reimbursements need their own replacement, which most purchasing tools do not provide. Check which ledger connector the new vendor offers for your system, and run a month of bills in parallel to confirm the codes land correctly.

Questions about replacing Procurify

6 answers
How much does Procurify cost?

The pricing page we read publishes no figures. It describes a Purchasing base, priced add-on products and add-ons, with pricing tied to the number of Pro users. A quote is requested through the site.

Is there a free version or trial of Procurify?

The pricing page does not mention a free plan or trial, and points to a pricing request or a demo. Market Dojo lists free plans for small contract registers, which is a different job.

Where does Procurify store customer data?

Its security page says essential data is stored with commercial cloud providers and refers to a trust site for subprocessors, without naming a region. Our category record says Canada and the United States. Ask for the subprocessor list in writing.

Which alternatives publish a price?

Precoro lists Core from 499 dollars and Automation from 999 dollars a month, Tradogram Essentials at 99 dollars, and Weproc 75, 60 or 50 euros per user per month by band. Market Dojo lists eSourcing from 500 pounds a month. Others quote.

Which options cover sourcing, which Procurify lacks?

Market Dojo, Keelvar and Onventis run sourcing events, and Proactis adds tender management. Procurify's pages describe purchasing, payables, cards and contracts, not auctions or bid analysis.

Which tools work inside an existing ERP?

Fraxion wires approvals and budget limits into the ERP you keep, and Lleverage drafts orders inside it. Zip also leaves the ERP as the ledger, though it now adds orders and invoices of its own.
