LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternatives: 13 lead generation tools compared
Buyers look for a Sales Navigator alternative when a per-seat licence of roughly €1,100 a year for one rep feels heavy, when LinkedIn shows a profile but not an email or phone number, or when they want the lead lists out of LinkedIn and into a CRM. The replacements split into contact-data add-ons that sit on top of LinkedIn, databases that do not need LinkedIn at all, and tools that tell you who visits your own site.
Short answer: The first three alternatives to LinkedIn Sales Navigator in our lead generation software ranking are Kaspr, Evaboot and Wiza. We open the ranking with smaller vendors and put the established brands from fourth place onward. Choose Kaspr if reps stay on LinkedIn but you need phone numbers and a vendor registered inside the EU. Every one of the 13 products below comes from Best Lead Generation Software in 2026, with a note on how it departs from LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

01
Why buyers look past LinkedIn Sales Navigator
01
A licence per rider, billed to the year
LinkedIn lists the Core plan from US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year (€120.99 and €1,088.88 in euro) and Advanced from US$159.99 a month or US$1,799.88 a year. Advanced Plus has no listed price and is sold through LinkedIn's sales team. Cancelling takes effect only at the end of the paid year on an annual plan, and the online checkout stops at five Advanced licences.
02
Search without the contact details
The plan comparison promises 50+ search filters, 50 InMail messages a month on every tier, lead alerts and CRM sync. It lists no email address or phone number to take away, so reps still need a second source before they can call or send a cold email outside LinkedIn's own inbox. That second source is what most of the alternatives below sell.
03
Scraping around it is against the rules
LinkedIn's help centre says it does not permit third-party software, including bots and browser extensions, that scrapes or automates activity on its site, and the User Agreement bars scripts and plug-ins that copy profile data. Several tools below work as Chrome extensions on top of Sales Navigator, so the account risk sits with the buyer, not the vendor.

Kaspr
France (product HQ); part of Cognism Group, UK · Published
A French company, KASPR SAS, that adds phone numbers and emails to LinkedIn profiles through a Chrome extension. Starter lists €45 to €59 per user a month, Business €79 to €99, both with unlimited B2B email credits and shared credits across the account. Starter includes Kaspr running on Sales Navigator. It keeps no outreach sequences.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if reps stay on LinkedIn but you need phone numbers and a vendor registered inside the EU.
Exports the result of a Sales Navigator search to a spreadsheet with verified emails. It does not replace the licence, since each export needs an active Sales Navigator seat. Starter is $9 a month for 100 credits, Grow $29 for 400, Scale from $49 for 1,000, seats unlimited. A single search is capped at 2,500 leads.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you already pay for Sales Navigator and mainly want its lists exported with emails attached.
Turns Sales Navigator and LinkedIn searches into contact lists through an extension, priced per user. Monthly plans run $49 (100 emails), $99 (500 emails) and $199 with phones. Yearly billing at $990 or $1,990 removes the email cap, with 2,500 exports a month. Teams of three or more get a custom quote.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you run list building as a solo job and prefer a flat yearly fee over counting credits.
Pulls contact data from more than one source into LinkedIn, Salesforce and HubSpot, and sells to French customers through Surfe Growster SAS. Free gives 20 email and 5 mobile credits a month. Essential is $49 per user monthly (or $39 billed annually), Pro $89. The CRM connector is a separate $29 a month module.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if your reps live in the CRM and want contact lookups inside it as well as on LinkedIn.
Credit-based contact data with a browser extension and CRM integrations. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5, and the Free plan holds 40 credits a month. Monthly subscribers keep unused credits up to twice their plan size; annual credits are issued up front and reset. Teams above five users are routed to sales.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you buy contact details a few at a time and want leftover credits to carry into next month.
A single workspace combining a searchable contact database, email sequencing and pipeline tracking, so it can stand in for the search half of Sales Navigator and the outreach half too. The plans are Free, Basic, Professional and Custom, and every seat on an account shares one plan. A free trial is offered.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you want to search and send from one account instead of searching in LinkedIn and sending elsewhere.
A listed company (ZoomInfo Technologies Inc., Nasdaq: GTM) headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, quoting custom packages with no price on the pricing page. It states 500M+ contacts and 100M+ companies and adds intent data, call analysis and a headless API option. A free trial is offered, but buying means a sales conversation.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if a revenue team needs a database independent of LinkedIn and can run a procurement process.
Captures prospects from a Chrome extension and pushes them into a CRM. Credits are priced by data type: 1 for an email, 10 for a phone number, 11 for both. Free is one user with 50 credits; Pro starts at $200 a month for 200 credits, with 25 percent off on annual billing. It tracks job changes of champions.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you want a changed-job alert on past champions and a metered cost per phone number.
An email finder and verifier with extensions for LinkedIn, Sales Navigator and Recruiter, run from Singapore. The Free plan already includes the Sales Navigator extension; Professional adds a list saver for Sales Navigator and costs $29 a month on annual billing for 2,000 credits and two users. Credits roll over.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you want the lowest entry price for pulling emails out of Sales Navigator lists.
Bundles email finding, verification, warm-up and sending, with LinkedIn automation sold apart. Starter is $29.25 a month on annual billing for 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients, team seats unlimited. Each LinkedIn account slot adds $69 a month, and LinkedIn's rules on automation apply to that part.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you want email and LinkedIn outreach sequenced from one place, with a team paying one invoice.
A database of company and contact records bought by credit, one credit per contact with email and mobile number. Essentials is $99 a month for 170 credits and Plus is $199 for 400. A 7-day trial gives 5 credits. Plus adds technology filters across 16,000 products and a Chrome extension covers LinkedIn browsing.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you segment targets by the software they run and want a trial before committing.
A French company (Dropcontact SAS) that finds and verifies business emails, charging only when it succeeds. Starter is €79 a month for 500 credits, with 50 free credits to test, and an API and MCP access are included. It enriches records you hand it; it does not search LinkedIn or give you a prospect list.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you already have names from Sales Navigator and need verified emails under French company terms.
Answers a different question: which companies already visit your website. Pricing is set by your site traffic, users are unlimited, and it starts with a demo followed by a free trial. Essentials and Automate plans exist. It lists companies and decision-maker contacts for them, not LinkedIn profiles you pick by filter.
Switch from LinkedIn Sales Navigator if you have meaningful site traffic and prefer warm company visits over cold LinkedIn searching.
When LinkedIn Sales Navigator is still the right choice
Sales Navigator remains the better choice when LinkedIn itself is the working environment: reps who prospect inside the network, rely on InMail (50 a month on every plan), alerts, relationship maps and TeamLink introductions, and want CRM sync that LinkedIn maintains without a third-party extension. It carries no scraping risk for your account, and a free trial lets you test it. If email and phone data are the only gap, adding a contact-data tool is cheaper than replacing it.

What moving off LinkedIn Sales Navigator involves
01
Export the lists before the term ends
Cancellation applies at the end of the paid period, so an annual plan cancelled in month three still runs to month twelve. Save searches and lead lists as CRM imports or CSV while the licence is active. Leads and saved searches live inside LinkedIn, and LinkedIn's user agreement bars scraping them out, so use the product's own export and CRM sync.
02
Decide whether LinkedIn stays in the loop
A tool that works on top of Sales Navigator, such as Evaboot or Kaspr's Starter plan, needs the licence to keep running, so it adds cost instead of replacing it. Databases such as UpLead, ZoomInfo or Apollo work without it. Choose which of the two paths you are on before comparing prices, because the totals differ by the cost of the seat.
03
Check the data and automation terms
Contact data for people in Europe needs a lawful basis under the GDPR, and vendor contracts differ by entity: Kaspr and Dropcontact contract as French companies, Evaboot as an Estonian one, while Surfe contracts through a French or a US entity depending on where the customer is incorporated. Automation tools carry LinkedIn's account-restriction risk.

Questions about replacing LinkedIn Sales Navigator
6 answers
How much does LinkedIn Sales Navigator cost?
On its plans page, checked 31 October 2026, Core starts at US$119.99 a month or US$1,079.88 a year per licence and Advanced at US$159.99 a month or US$1,799.88 a year.
In euro the yearly figures are €1,088.88 and €1,693.88. LinkedIn calls these estimates that may exclude VAT, and Advanced Plus is quoted individually.
Is there a free alternative to Sales Navigator?
No free product replaces its search. Free plans exist for contact data: Kaspr (15 B2B email and 5 phone credits), Lusha (40 credits), Wiza (20 emails and 5 phone numbers), Surfe (20 email and 5 mobile credits), LeadIQ (50 credits) and Skrapp.
Sales Navigator itself offers a free trial that needs a payment card.
Can I export Sales Navigator leads to a spreadsheet?
Third-party tools do it. Evaboot, Wiza and Skrapp export Sales Navigator searches with emails, and Evaboot says one search yields at most 2,500 leads. LinkedIn's User Agreement prohibits scripts and browser add-ons that copy profile data, so you accept an account risk when using them.
Which alternative finds phone numbers?
Kaspr includes phone credits in its per-user plans, Lusha charges 5 credits per number, LeadIQ 10, and Wiza sells phone reveals on its $199 plan.
Evaboot states that it does not find phone numbers. Test the answer rate on your own target accounts, since the vendors publish prices and not hit rates.
Is there a European alternative to Sales Navigator?
Kaspr and Dropcontact are French companies, Evaboot is run by Nademode OÜ in Estonia, and Surfe contracts through Surfe Growster SAS in France for customers outside the US.
None of them is a LinkedIn replacement; they add or enrich contact data. Check each contract's data-processing terms.
Does Apollo replace Sales Navigator?
Apollo can replace the search and outreach work if you do not need LinkedIn's network signals such as InMail, alerts and relationship maps. It has its own contact database, sequencing and a free plan. Teams that rely on warm introductions through connections lose that part.
