Teams look beyond PartnerStack when their partners are resellers, integrators or distributors rather than affiliates and referrers, when a quoted subscription that also takes a cut of partner earnings is hard to budget, or when they want the programme to live in their own CRM and portal instead of a shared marketplace. Alternatives range from small portals with published prices to full channel suites with distributor tiers.
Short answer: Looking for a replacement for PartnerStack? Introw, Kiflo and Channeltivity come first in our partner management ranking. We open the ranking with smaller vendors and put the established brands from fourth place onward. Start with Introw if you want to start a first programme at no cost and grow it later. Every one of the 11 products below comes from Best Partner Relationship Management Software in 2026, with a note on how it departs from PartnerStack.
Vendors can pay for more visibility on this website, for example a higher place in a ranking or more room on a page. Commercial relationships can also affect which products we feature and how prominently. Every vendor link is marked the same, whatever the arrangement behind it. How that works.
Pricing: Annual subscription plus a fee on partner commissions; quoted after a demo
Established in: Canada
Built for: B2B software vendors recruiting partners as well as managing them
Not for: Vendors selling through distributors or physical resellers
01
Why buyers look past PartnerStack
01
The price has two moving parts
PartnerStack publishes plan names (Launch, Growth, Enterprise) and what each contains, but no prices; its pricing page says cost depends on programme size, feature needs and level of support. Our category record describes an annual subscription plus a monthly fee on the commissions partners earn, so a programme that grows pays more even when the software stays the same.
02
Built around software and affiliates
The platform page describes a service for B2B software companies and names affiliates, B2B influencers and co-sell partners as the partner types. Customers listed there are SaaS brands. A company selling hardware, selling through distributors or closing deals offline will find the model a poor match for how its channel works.
03
Advanced features sit on higher plans
Deal registration and the marketplace come with Launch, but the learning module, partner challenges, MDF management and advanced segmentation start at Growth, and custom workflows at Enterprise. Teams that need market development funds or training from day one should price the upper tiers, not the entry one.
co-branded campaigns run by your partners are the main goal

Introw
Belgium · Published
Introw is a Belgian company whose Starter plan is free and covers one partner, which makes it the cheapest way to test a channel idea. Its pricing page then moves through Pro, Scale and Enterprise, with the last three arranged by demo. Partners can log deals from their own CRM or chat tools as well as a portal.
Switch from PartnerStack if you want to start a first programme at no cost and grow it later.
Kiflo is French and publishes one number: Core at 399 dollars a month for 25 partners, capped at 50. Registration, a portal, account mapping and commissions are in that plan. Tiering and conflict detection need the quoted Plus plan, and there is no MDF module or distributor layer to grow into.
Switch from PartnerStack if a small partner base needs a stated monthly price instead of a demo.
Channeltivity concentrates on registrations, MDF requests and joint pipeline, and connects natively to HubSpot, Salesforce and Dynamics 365 so records stay in the CRM. It can also model two-tier programmes with distributors. Every tier from Growth to Enterprise is quoted, and its portal looks older than most rivals.
Switch from PartnerStack if your channel runs through distributors and your CRM must stay the source of truth.
Magentrix is a Canadian portal builder whose published price list starts with Essentials at 1,500 dollars a month and Advanced at 3,000, on annual contracts. You shape objects and pages yourself, with a rewards programme included and further ones at 99 dollars. Someone in your team has to configure it.
Switch from PartnerStack if you want a portal designed around your channel and have an administrator to build it.
Channext, from the Netherlands, publishes campaigns to partners' social accounts, sites and landing pages automatically unless a partner declines. It addresses lead generation, not deal registration, and our record puts quotes at EUR 60k a year for 250 partners on a two-year contract. Most buyers pair it with a separate PRM.
Switch from PartnerStack if your resellers have no marketing staff and you want leads generated for them.
ZINFI prices three tiers on a single platform. Starter begins at 1,450 dollars a month and Professional at 2,350 dollars a month, or 28,200 a year, with a one-off setup fee. Enterprise is quoted. Starter runs fewer lifecycle applications than Professional, and marketing syndication and MDF are held for the top tier.
Switch from PartnerStack if you want a printed price ladder and a broad lifecycle module set.
Channelscaler, previously Allbound, joined Channel Mechanics in 2024 and now adds rebates, MDF and distributor credits to its partner portal and onboarding journeys. It is quoted per programme from 50k dollars a module each year, implementation included. Deal registration is plainer than at the largest suites.
Switch from PartnerStack if training, content and onboarding for partners matter as much as the deals.
Crossbeam does something no other entry here does: it compares your customer and prospect lists with a partner's to show where accounts overlap. A free plan exists and the Connector plan is 4,800 dollars a year. It records no deals, tiers or payouts, so it complements a PRM instead of replacing one.
Switch from PartnerStack if you want to find co-selling accounts before you pick a programme tool.
Mindmatrix bundles partner marketing, enablement and PRM in one subscription, priced on consumption and quoted. A customised proof of concept is offered at no charge, with a 30-day deployment quoted. The cost of that breadth is modules that are adequate rather than outstanding.
Switch from PartnerStack if you would rather buy one vendor than three for marketing, training and PRM.
Impartner is the heavy option, sold as four quoted packages from Emerge to Enterprise with MDF and TCMA as add-ons. It handles multi-tier hierarchies, distributors and automated tier movement, and its deal registration rules cope with channel conflict. Implementation takes months, so a small programme pays for structure it cannot use.
Switch from PartnerStack if a large, multi-tier channel needs strict conflict rules and governance.
Zift Solutions now trades as Unifyr. Its strength is through-channel marketing, pushing co-branded content to partners' email and social channels, and packages now run from a first programme to a global one. Pricing is quoted per organisation on an annual term, and the platform shows its acquisition history in daily use.
Switch from PartnerStack if co-branded campaigns run by your partners are the main goal.
Introw: The Starter plan is free for one partner, and Pro, Scale and Enterprise are arranged by demo.
02
You want a tool with a printed monthly price
Magentrix: Essentials is listed at 1,500 dollars a month and Advanced at 3,000, on annual contracts.
03
You want to see where your customers overlap with a partner's
Crossbeam: A free plan exists, with Connector as the first paid tier; it does not register deals or pay partners.
04
You want a published ladder for a growing programme
ZINFI: Starter starts at 1,450 dollars a month and Professional at 2,350, with a setup fee on top.
05
You need your partners to run campaigns without a marketer
Channext: Campaigns publish to partners' channels unless they decline; our record puts quotes from EUR 60k a year.
04
When PartnerStack is still the right choice
PartnerStack remains the sensible choice for a software company that wants affiliates, referrers and agencies recruited rather than only managed. The marketplace puts a programme in front of partners who are already looking, payouts reach every partner in one batch with a single invoice for you, and CRM sync is listed for Salesforce, HubSpot and others. If your partners are software-minded and you have no recruitment channel, none of the other tools here replaces that.
05
What moving off PartnerStack involves
01
Partner payouts and tax records
Partners hold payment details and earnings history inside PartnerStack. Before switching, export commission statements and agree a cut-off date, so pending earnings are paid by one system and not both. Tell partners which tool pays them from then on.
02
Tracking links and the marketplace listing
Referral links, deal records and your marketplace profile stay on PartnerStack. Plan a period when old links keep resolving, and expect to lose inbound partners who found you in the marketplace, since few of the alternatives run a comparable network.

Questions about replacing PartnerStack
6 answers
What does PartnerStack cost?
The pricing page we read lists Launch, Growth and Enterprise but no figures, and says price follows programme size, features and support level. Our category record adds a fee on partner commissions. Ask for both numbers in writing.
Is there a free PRM to start with?
Introw lists a free Starter plan for one partner, and Crossbeam has a free plan for account mapping. PartnerStack's page we read showed no free tier or trial.
Which options publish their prices?
Kiflo (399 dollars a month), Magentrix (from 1,500), ZINFI (from 1,450), Crossbeam (Connector at 4,800 a year) and Introw's free tier are public. Impartner, Channeltivity, Channext, Mindmatrix and Unifyr quote on request.
Do I need a marketplace to recruit partners?
Only if you have no partners yet. If your resellers already know you, a portal and registration tool is enough. Channext helps with lead generation through partners, and Crossbeam surfaces overlaps with companies you already know.
Can PartnerStack handle MDF?
Its page places MDF management and payments in the Growth plan. Channeltivity, Allbound, Impartner and ZINFI also cover market development funds, some as add-ons.
Does PartnerStack suit hardware or distributor channels?
Its materials describe software brands and affiliate, influencer and co-sell partners. For distributors and two-tier models, Channeltivity and Impartner list that structure.
