Tim Brooks, Non-Executive Chairman
Tim is Chief Executive Officer for the BMJ Group, as well as running his consulting firm, 2Riders Consulting, who work with companies and senior leaders in the media and related sector For the academic year 2011-12, Tim was Executive Fellow in the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at London Business School. 25 years of running media businesses (beginning with his own start-up) have also included 6 years on the board of IPC Media, and 5 years as Managing Director of the Guardian Newspaper.

Niall McKinney, Founder & CEO
Niall started his career in brand management at P&G but was rapidly sucked into the dotcom boom, involved in the launch of an early social networking site in 2000. He was a Marketing Director at the age of 24 within Time Warner UK where he launched one of Europe’s biggest selling men’s magazine. In 2006, he joined Travelocity Europe as CMO, and had a seat on the main board of this $2 billion turnover company.
Niall founded UTalkMarketing in May 2007.

Michael Sanders, Training Director, EMEA
Michael has spent the last 6 years creating training and consultancy solutions for his clients ranging brands, agencies, the public sector and SME’s. Nick New, Managing Director, North America
Nick started his career in brand management at Colgate Palmolive Europe, but was headhunted in 1999 by an early day integrated agency. After experiencing roles across a number of London agencies in branding, sales promotion & sponsorship, Nick was appointed Head of Marketing for globally renowned music brand, the NME.
In 2008, Nick joined an ecommerce consultancy for the largest global entertainment brands, before heading up the ecommerce marketing for Universal Music Group, championing digital marketing as well as e, f & m-commerce for Lady Gaga, Bon Jovi, Justin Bieber, & Metallica.

Taru Jain, Managing Director, Asia
Taru started his career in London as a Category Manager for Unilever at Lowe Lintas Advertising, moving quickly to Group Account Director at Uovo Fi Systems and then Client Director at LBi. After a move to Singapore, Taru became Head of Digital and Integrated Marketing at Young & Rubicam and more recently was Managing Director at XM Asia Pacific.
