Niall started his career in brand management at P&G but was rapidly sucked into the dotcom boom, involved in the launch of an early social networking site in 2000. He was a Marketing Director at the age of 24 within Time Warner UK where he launched one of Europe’s biggest selling men’s magazine. In 2006, he joined Travelocity Europe as CMO, and had a seat on the main board of this $2 billion turnover company. Niall founded The Knowledge Engineers in May 2007.
Nick started his career in brand management at Colgate Palmolive Europe, but was headhunted in 1999 by an early day integrated agency. After experiencing roles across a number of London agencies in branding, sales promotion & sponsorship, Nick was appointed Head of Marketing for globally renowned music brand, the NME. In 2008, Nick joined an ecommerce consultancy for the largest global entertainment brands, before heading up the ecommerce marketing for Universal Music Group.
Karen is Global Head of Delivery at The Knowledge Engineers. A graduate of Leeds University, she manages a team across our London, Singapore and New York offices responsible for program management and delivery, ensuring campaigns stay on track and exceed client expectations. Prior to this role, she spent three years at Reed Learning as Head of Client Delivery, managing up to 100 courses per week across EMEA. Her experience encompasses project management, employee engagement, internal and external recruitment, training and development of consultants and staff, ensuring customer experience excellence, and streamlining and automation of business processes.
